The overall buying experience is great. The representative, Sam was very helpful. Even the supervisor was perfect. The whole buying process is WAY TOO... LONG. It took us more than 5 hours to finish the deal. There were some angles need to be dealt with. However, It was a trip I'm afraid to take in a near future. On the other hand, the financial office, or the place deals with the final insurance, warranty, repair purchase... place was not so good. The gentleman explained very well. But to think of it, we are not the "don't want to add the warranty kind of guys". We stated it is a bit long, my son needs to go to work, hope the procedure can be quick.... It turned out there are some other $1.000.00 to $4.000.00 purchase for the next 3-5 years we had to make a decision. When we said we couldn't make the decision right away. The deal becomes one time only. "It will never happen when you are out of office." Well, that's fine. I'll deal with it myself in the future. The good part is here(sarcasm). When I decided not to purchase the warranty, the passion on his face is gone. When the "one-time only" phrase was out of his mouth, we become a customer occupied his office. When he needed me to sign, he almost threw the pen on the desk to me. When he finished the paperwork, he put them in the envelope and almost threw to me, again on the desk. Yah, I know. It might be a leisure gesture. It might be a closed-friend gesture. It might be because I'm about the same age with him gesture. But I didn't feel the closeness. I didn't see the warmth-heart smile. We become the customer who didn't purchase his suggestion, and have him lose a commission. The joy of purchasing a Mercedez actually was gone right before exiting his office.
Good service and friendly environment. I'm coming back to get more work down on my car.

I saw it was not too many people when i came in this time. Even , sale department was slowly too. I was surprised. Normally, they are very crowded. However,... I understood why after i got my car service. They changed the advisors. Most of them now are very rude, even the guy pick up my key, not even say anything, just quiet and get my keys. The staffs used to work here before were very friendly and helpful. Now, the whole system was bad, women in front desk for rental was rude too, not even say sorry when making me wait fir long tine to pick up my loaner, just quiet and let me wait while they didn’t have car and wait for washing. The black advisor woman and man there were terrible, i called them even 3 time to asked them why they missed to tighten the bulbs properly in my car, they just ignored and not even answering until i call them the third time. Woooo, incredibly, and sadly with customer service like that in Mercedes. My advisor is spanish guy. He didn’t even explain what my car problem when i asked him about it. He just quiet working in computer, and said call you later when finish. They don’t even welcome you at this place. Where is satisfaction of Mercedes customer service? Where is the management? I feel every body work un their mood and don’t care about manager and customers at all. This makes me think about changing to BMW or Lexus because they will be better service and care about their customers more. My last time in service with Mercedes of Mckinney. I hope they have solutions to train their staffs to work more friendly, efficient and professional. I was not surprised why sale department is slow too, they makes customers change their mind to BMW or Lexus dealer because their bad customer service.

I love Mercedes of McKinney because they make you feel special, plus they are professional and when they say they will do something, consider it done!... Mercedes of McKinney is the best Dealership in the entire DFW Metroplex, and I know because over the years we have used several supposedly top name Dealerships which do not hold a light to Mercedes of McKinney.
