Gabe the service advisor did a very good job of keeping me updated on the status of both my tire replacement and MB Tire & Wheel coverage and approval for the work. I highly recommend both MB of McKinney and Gabe in service.

Since inheriting my late father's 2008 R350 4 Matic in 2020, I continued its scheduled maintenances with the team at MERCEDES McKinney and received the same exemplary white glove treatment they extended to him and quite frankly what has exemplifies MERCEDES. It's this level of expectation over the past five years coupled with the OUTSTANDING straight-shooting-advice from my service advisor, GABE HARRISON, that let me know the primary issue with my R350's engine not smoothly running was professionally & thoroughly addressed, diagnosed, and fixed.
