I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 from
I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 from Mercedes-Benz McKinney, trading in my Highlander, which I had bought from them just 11 months ago. While the car itself is fantastic?an amazing driving experience?the service I received has been extremely disappointing, and I am deeply concerned about the safety of the vehicle. Right from the start, I noticed several issues with the car. The backseat armrest is loose and wobbles, making it feel like it could easily break if my kids use it. On top of that, the rear window shades are completely non-functional. The motors work, but they fail to pull the shades, which I didn?t notice earlier because this is my first Mercedes, and I wasn?t familiar with all the features. However, the most serious issue is related to safety. The Adaptive High Beam Assist constantly gives me warnings that it's unavailable. This is a critical safety feature, and the repeated alerts make me believe there?s a problem with the front sensor or camera. This has left me feeling uneasy every time I drive the car, and I?m genuinely concerned about the safety risks. I purchased the car on Saturday, 9/28/2024, and returned to the dealership on 10/1/2024 to schedule an appointment to fix these problems. What shocked me most was the dismissive attitude I received. When I mentioned the issue with the shades, one of the employees asked me why I even needed to use them. That comment, along with the overall experience, left me feeling like I was receiving second-class treatment, which is unacceptable for a luxury brand. To add to my frustration, when I reviewed the paperwork later, I found out they had charged me the listed price from the website, not the price we agreed on during the sale. They overcharged me and financed the car at the higher amount. Fortunately, I still have the signed worksheet with the correct price, but it's outrageous that they could make such a mistake over money and expect me to catch it. This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed. It?s one thing to deal with minor inconveniences, but when it comes to safety issues and lackluster customer service, it?s a major concern. I expected far better from Mercedes-Benz. If you?re considering buying from this dealership, be extra cautious with your paperwork and be prepared to advocate for yourself?especially when it comes to safety and pricing.

Chase helped me from start to finish and even after my purchase, still available for any questions/help I may need. He made my car buying experience so EASY and was very attentive to my needs, I felt no pressure from him at all. He answered all of my questions with patience and even though I had a tough situation on my credit, he was still able to make it work out for me. He didn't make me feel like I was just "another sale". Chase went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Also thanks to Ermin in the finance department who tried his best to get me a good deal. Best experience at Mercedes-Benz- McKinney!
