Salesperson was unprofessional several times during the

Salesperson was unprofessional several times during the course of the sales transaction among other things. This salesperson would benefit from more training on sales presentation. We felt like our time or business was not valuable. We disclosed this on the paper survey we were given, no one addressed our concerns. This person sat in their chair as we were leaving, no thank you, no hand shake for doing business there..owner should look at the camera recording of everything to see the poor salesmanship this person displayed- good video of what not to do!

Awesome experience, Jay went about and beyond

Awesome experience, Jay went about and beyond expectations and got me the deal I wanted on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. And Mark was awesome to , mark took me for a test drive and showed me all the bells and whistles, and then finished up the deal. These guys are thorough and professionals and know how to get the job done . Thank you both , I appreciate your kindness and not giving up . These guys are the best . I Love my Jeep . I was well worth the 2.5 hour trip there to get what I want and for these guys to make it happen. Thank you

Just the same as most dealers in our area.

Just the same as most dealers in our area. Found a vehicle I was interested in, called 2 weeks ago to inquiry. Manager was who I spoke with. Said he had to track down the keys and would call back once he had them in hand. Never heard back from them and that was my second time calling about it. I called today thinking maybe they just had an inventory issue or lost keys. Nope they sold it lol. The search for a quality vehicle continues.

I took my vehicle Maguire and couldn’t be more

I took my vehicle Maguire and couldn’t be more disappointed. I spent 2,500 on repairs and when I picked it up, the service 4-wheel drive alert was on and 3 of the 4 tires were low. So much for a test drive before giving it back to the customer. So back I went and was told there were issues with the 4 wheel drive but they were covered under the warranty. This was a surprise because when I first brought it into the shop they said there was an issue with the front axle that probably should be fixed at some point but it was not covered under warranty and would cost another thousand bucks to fix. Miraculously when I brought the vehicle back the second time around it was covered. A bad experience. Louis Fournier President Sutton Real Estate

I apologize for your disappointment. I wish all customer repairs could be covered under warranty, but brakes and tires are considered wear items and are not covered. This is what contributed to the cost of your repairs. We were unaware of a light on at the time that you picked up and would have gladly relooked at it if you had brough this to our attention. A week ago I brought my vehicle in for service.

A week ago I brought my vehicle in for service. This dealership had my vehicle for 3days. I was just happy to get my vehicle. The following day I noticed some damage to the front right bumper and fog light. I told my vehicle back to the shop to show them the damage. The said that they would investigate and look at video of when I brought my vehicle into the shop for repair. Of course three days later I’m told that my car came in the condition it left. I couldn’t dispute it because no video was provided to me to confirm that my vehicle wasn’t damaged by this dealership. So in addition to the $3,900 I spent with them I have to spend an additional $2,000 to replace my bumper and fog light. O accountability on their part. I highly recommend that you take photos of your vehicle prior to letting them service your vehicle.

Went up told them the truck I wanted worked out the details of the deal told them I wanted to buy the truck that day they said ok. Went back to the bank got a cashier check for a down payment on my way back up called them to let them know i was on my way they said ok see you soon. i get 5 mins away and get a call said they couldn't do the deal because DMV was closed and we could do it tomorrow. I get a call from them days later and ask about the truck and told me there's no way we could have got it done as the back office girls went home. I proceeded to tell him what I was told and he pretty much called me a lair and said he was there in the room with the salesman. Needless to say I turned around and drove 45mins back to another dealership that took me right in that night and got the deal done, With the supposed DMV closed and they stayed after hours to do it. So if your look for a dealership to go the extra mile this isn't it.

Nick in service dept was excellent.

Nick in service dept was excellent. Kept me well informed. Very polite and extremely professional. Very pleased with service and problem was solved. Not particularly happy with Chrysler warranty policy on electrical issues. Using corrosion as a void of warranty on internal parts is a cop out. Too bad great service overshadowed by poor policies
