We bought a Nissan pathfinder from A2Z auto and it is a lemon they was not willing to work with us to help is fix it unless I took my bad review down than we had it tolled there per there request to see maybe what they could do and again nothing than they lied and had it tolled away we had to pay to get it back and it's still broke down do not buy from them pleasw

I’m not blaming Ruddy for bad experience here finance person wasn’t available took 5 hours to finance a vehicle. They lowballed us giving us $5000 for a vehicle they are now selling for 14,500 on lot. The vehicle they sold us is now having electrical problems they now do not want to address

Please do not ever buy a vehicle from these people unless you don't care about loosing $$$. They do not inspect there vehicles and sell as is with no customer safety in mind. They will not try and work with you in anyway to resolve any problem you may ha e with them or there unreliable vehicles and poor customer service.

Ruddy was excellent, personable and accommodating and willing to engage in negotiations regarding price. He was extremely attentive and a real pleasure to work with. The secretary Molly was also phenomenal. The staff ensured an overall pleasant and painless car buying experience.
