Bought what I thought was my dream car, a Bentley Continental GT. It was a nightmare, not a dream. 2 ears later and a law suit I recovered some of the cast to get the car in running condition, far from their non existent delivery prep.

Even though I didn't get to buy the Alfa Romeo stelvio I
Even though I didn't get to buy the Alfa Romeo stelvio I got a lot of education and a lot of knowledge from the young man that was dealing with me and I have learned that it takes maintenance is not buying the car is the maintenance on the car is buying the warranty on the car so that was a lot of Enlightenment that this young man gave me and I appreciate it so much so the Dream from the stelvio turned into a Jeep lol stay blessed!🥰

Unethical/Poor Customer Service
Clerical error on Zigler’s part regarding an extended warranty purchased. The new owner acknowledged the error, but stated it occurred under previous ownership. Now I just have a $2000 piece of paper. Never thought to ask previous management what their 5yr business plan was when purchasing my car (sarcasm). Certainly wouldn’t trust new management to do the right thing (which I gave them plenty of opportunity to do prior to writing this).

Don't trust them
Sell cars they don't have and lie. Drove 6hrs to find this out. Paperwork was done but no car promised delivery for my time but they decided to say the car had a bad motor instead.

This is low stress car buying. Dealt with Dave DeShazo and he was of great help. Was able to provide information and photos on the vehicle. Since I was driving from Houston, this was of great assistance. Would highly recommend Zigler and will be my first stop when looking for another car. Ed Mc

Best ever!!
Just received my BMW 550ixM , being in the exotic car restoration business for over 50 years and as a very fussy person I was nervous about buying without seeing and putting my hands on it.I think the only reason I actually bought this vehicle was because of my sales rep Andy , he was more knowledgeable about all their cars then I could imagine. right from the start he made me feel comfortable and assured me that this BMW was what I was looking for . Everyone at this Dealership was was very professional including finance.He helped me with shipping to Florida and followed up until the car was in my hand at 8:00 at night. When I’m ready for another car Ziegler Motors in Addison Texas in my go to dealer.Dont hesitate they are the best. Thanks again Robert T.

Porsche 911 Carrera S I have dealt with many Car dealers over my 70 years. Most are fairly honest, but have never come up against one like Zigler Motors in Addison, Texas, who so knowingly let a car out of their store with so many defects that may have caused me harm when I drove car from Addison, Tx to Houston, Tx. Sales told me their Mechanic had gone over car and corrected any wrong that he found. Here is what I found: Air Bag System not working. Front tires Dry root Cracks. Back tires were down to the lining (see picture) Engine coolant was below minimum. Oil was 2 1/2 quarts low. I understand that car was sold ‘AS IS’, but with the statement that their mechanic went over car made me feel like all was as it should be. They should maybe find a mechanic with a bit more knowledge and honesty so not to let a car leave dealership which may kill someone. I spent a thousand dollars for the tires which I should have checked more closely. I am not happy with Zigler Motors and will not recommend to any of my club members. Please be aware of false statements and bring a trained mechanic with you. Best Car Buying Experience Ever
Our experience with Zigler Motors was by far one of the best car buying experience ever! We located the truck we wanted on AutoTraders site, applied for the truck, and was approved the same day. Absolutely no car buying hassle at all. We needed our payment at a certain point and Frank and Dave did everything possible to get our payment to the goal. Dave is our car man from here on out! He went above and beyond to help. Thanks guys we appreciate your hard work.
Best Car Buying Experience Ever
Our experience with Zigler Motors was by far one of the best car buying experience ever! We located the truck we wanted on AutoTraders site, applied for the truck, and was approved the same day. Absolutely no car buying hassle at all. We needed our payment at a certain point and Frank and Dave did everything possible to get our payment to the goal. Dave is our car man from here on out! They sold me a wrecked car.
BUYER BEWARE. I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz from Ziegler Motors and I am not pleased. I asked all the right questions about the condition of the car but I was not told the truth. I paid for the car and decided to take delivery by truck. When the car was delivered, the driver asked if I was aware of the damage to the front end. I told him that I was not aware. I called Zigler Motors on the same day of delivery and asked for a refund, a refund was declined. I am not the kind of person who would pass on my misfortune to someone else so I have decided to have the repairs made and will probably keep the car. I don’t know how this car passed inspection. The car, in my opinion, was not roadworthy: The car had both front wheels that were bent and a rear tire that was completely worn out. So far I have spent around three thousand dollars on repairs, mostly to the front end. (The Carfax showed no previous damage). You can’t trust these guys
