The Mercedes, Lexus and Porsche dealers could take a lesson from the Zigler Motors staff. The genuine feelings that come from them far exceed those of the luxury dealerships I deal with and I appreciate it!

I had to buy many cars for my family from different dealerships, but i never had this kind of experience as with Zigler! I have no enough words in my English to describe them! Very polite, responsive, professionals! i have filling they not a regular dealership style , they like handpicking each car they selling and the car i purchased ( 2015 BMW X5 Diesel ) was like brand new! it was so easy to buy it, also they take care of delivery this car to my house ( i am living in Boston MA ) it was expensive car and i take risk and purchased according pictures and words over the phone, but once car arrived to my home i was pleased of the condition of the car! it was sparkling clean inside and out and nothing was different from original pictures and description ( no hidden stuff at all ) Next time i will need to buy a car 1-st place to look will be this Dealership! Recommend to all! Lovely people, they know how to do business 100% right! Thank you very much guys!

They didn't tell me there was no remote for the car and when they delivered it there was just one key. They also used toll roads to bring the car to me. They said they would pay the tolls but never did. For what I paid for my 2016 Tahoe they should have made a remote fir the car.

Soooooo helpful!! After we bought the car, they discovered that the rear air shock was leaking air while the car was still being inspected because they had recently acquired it. They could have probably sold it to us with the slow leak and we would have had to spring the $700 ish dollars, but because we had already agreed upon the sales price and it was the right thing to do to fix the air shock, they did the right thing and fixed it at their expense. They also are paying for an additional key.

I purchased a 2015 ES350 Lexus from ZiglerMotors 10/2016 Its was the best buying experience I have ever had,buying a car, The car was as new,as advertised..I was also given a very fair price on my car as a trade in,plus they delivered the car right to my front door. Reza and his father are honest and have much integrity. I've bought many cars over my life time, but have never had a postive experience like this. I would highly recommend Zigler Motors. Just bought a 2005 Jaguar XK8 this past weekend from Reza at Zigler Motors. It was a GREAT price ! It was a GREAT car ! The customer service was GREAT ! He jumped through a couple of hoops at the last minute to ensure that we could drive it home that day ! We really enjoyed doing business with them. No hassles. VERY upfront with us. Let us take it for an inspection for our peace of mind. They gave us a fair trade for out BMW. They could NOT have been any more friendlier to deal with and we could not be more happy.
