Mark from The Motor Collection was extremely helpful in
Mark from The Motor Collection was extremely helpful in providing vehicle details and also doing an online walkthrough of the vehicle as we lived hours away from the dealership. We were looking at other vehicles too and did not end up buying from The Motor Collection, but Mark was very honest, polite and patient in answering all our questions. Overall it was a very pleasant interaction.

Mark is a great guy and is very upfront and honest with his vehicles. I drove about 3 hours to look at a vehicle he had and when I got there he already had paperwork ready in case I decided to take the vehicle. He answered all my questions and even let me know all the blemishes on the vehicle. I would totally recommend him for any vehicle you might be looking for.

Stand up service.
Stand up service. Over the top professionalism. Car is in great shape after a month of driving (knock on wood) and extremely clean. Cool shop. Unique, quaint local business dealership. The Motor Collection has a really great niche of used offerings. You can buy from the big dealerships or support an awesome local businesses like this. The choice is yours. A+

BEWARE of this Typical “Used car Salesman Mark!
BEWARE! I purchased the silver 2017 BMW 740i that is BACK UP for sale. I flew in from out of state after the owner Mark did a video call with me and told me it was in perfect mechanical condition and the car was clean. Of course he picked out the very small stuff to make it seam as if he was honest (sales tactic). I arrived at the airport and Mark picked me up in a different car!? Hmmmmm. Wouldn’t that have been a good time to test drive it?? I know now that he was afraid that something would go wrong just like it did only I had already purchase it. I arrived at his warehouse/junk yard and the car looked great physically. They sure knew how to put tire shine on and shine it up. Mark told me he had been personally driving the car for the last 2 weeks. (a sly salesman tactic again). After I purchased the car and while driving home the coolant light came on. I pulled into a BMW dealer to what I thought “top it off” as some BMWs are know for burning some coolant due to the turbo charger. I opened the coolant fill cap and it was far below the minimum line and bone dry so either A) Mark lied about driving it for two weeks because he would have known the coolant was low or B) Mark knew it had a coolant issue and tried to hide it. It gets better!! I got home and It was late. I didn’t drive the car again for a few days as I work from home. During those couple of days it was raining so the entire driveway was wet so I wouldn’t have known if it was leaking coolant. I paid someone to come and reprogram the navigation and Apple Carplay in my driveway because it did not work which I thought was also odd. I kept getting an error message. A couple days later I drove the car into town and back. It was sunny & beautiful. I returned home and later that afternoon there was coolant all over my driveway and the light was back on. I called mark while inspecting the car for a leak but coolant was sprayed all over everything so I couldn’t locate it. While on the phone with him I told him it looked like the radiator was new. He said “Yes it’s new”. That wasn’t disclosed to me and wasn’t on the carfax. It was all adding up then. There had been ongoing coolant issues from what I experienced, what I discovered along with what the carfax says. Of course Mark denied any of it. Why would I expect otherwise. After some back and fourth I just wasn’t comfortable paying that much for a car that already seemed to have major issues and that I couldn’t drive. Mark offered ZERO solutions but for me to have it looked at then reiterated that only “Major” things were covered for 30 days such as the engine, transmission which obviously wasn’t this. I had to offer to pay to have it shipped back to him plus what I paid to reinstall the navigation (which should have worked) and Apple Carplay, I also installed new wipers on the way home because I couldn’t see (another $80). Not to mention the antifreeze I purchased from BMW, my flight, my time, etc. Mark NEVER even offered to pay for the return shipping or at least half!! He knew exactly what was going on with the car and if he didn’t (like he claims) then shame on him for not driving/inspecting it. Any basic John Doe could have found out from driving it one time and inspecting it that there was an issue. I mean aren’t you supposed to at least inspect and top off all fluids?? That’s why he had the radiator replaced and there was also black gooey stuff all around the coolant hose connections as well. Whoever reads this and makes the mistake of buying that car just look and verify that everything That I’m saying is RIGHT! This guy is your typical slimy car salesman! If you buy from him you will find out the hard way. Just go to his very shady looking tiny warehouse/junkyard and you will see. You’ve been warned. Don’t lose $1600 plus major stress like I did.

2006 Corvette
I bought a 2006 Corvette based on Photos only and paid the asking price. Sale was made by internet and phone. My first drive was to gas station because it was running on fumes. Second drive was to a mechanic for a used car inspection. Was determined that tires were necessary for safety. Cost for tires, road force balancing and installation was $1,783. Asked the seller to help with cost to make the sale of the car whole. I was denied.

Mr. Carlos Lopez
I couldn't have asked for better service. The owner personally delivered my range rover to my home in Michigan from Columbus Ohio. Very professional and friendly. I plan to purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Best car buying experience ever.
Knowledgeable and accommodating. Great listing price and even greater trade in price. Closing took all of five minutes. No high pressure or having to speak with two or three other people. Great experience.

Great Experience
Mark at The Motor Collection was straight forward. Answered all my questions, was extremely informative and at no point did I feel pressure. I was at first unsure about the No-haggle pricing, however after extensive shopping around, it really was the best deal out there.
