Great place to buy a used car. The dealer was great, helped us get our family a new minivan. I would recommend this place to everybody and I would buy from them again.

Inconsiderate treatment - don’t waste your time
After finding a car at this dealership through cars.com I corresponded with someone named Alex about seeing the car. I wrote to confirm availability then told him I would be there in an hour, to which he replied “perfect see you then”. Not only was nobody expecting me when I got there, the car was being sold at that moment to someone who arrived a half-hour before I emailed him. I then looked at a different car on their lot that clearly had an issue in one of the wheels. I was told too bad, if was as-is and that “it passed inspection”. They explained that they would not make the repair and complained that Granite Run’s service Department charges them the same as they do someone off the street for parts and labor. I called and asked to speak to the manager but never heard back. Alex later sent me a canned email but never apologized for jerking me around. It was a big rope-a-dope like the old days. Don’t waste your time there.

Comfortable, Easy Buying Experience.
