    This was the third local Nissan dealership we visited in our search for a Platinum Pathfinder in May of 2017. No run around, transparent, and no pressure... sales. The dealership building is being rebuilt soon, which will be pretty fantastic

    I previously rated this facility and my car experience as great! (Reviewed on June 26). And it was up until the next day on Friday. I took my car in to... get washed and detailed as I bought a brand new Nissan Kicks that was unwrapped the day I test drove it. The buying process went smooth and everyone was friendly. They told me to bring my car back the next day to be washed and detailed. I brought it back. The car was washed, but all the marker writing was still on the car. My car was backed into the parking spot in the dealership lot when I got into it when the sales rep walked me to my car. Once I got home and walked around to the back of the car, I noticed a scratch deep into the paint. I took the car back up to the dealership to tell them what happened. The sales manager told me that they would take care of it and I would get a rental. After 1.5 hours of waiting in the lobby, I finally was given a dealer's rental car to drive while my car was in the shop. Apparently there was a miscommunication between sales and services and they thought I was already given a car and left. I was never told when to expect my car back so Monday morning I called to check in. The service department didn't see my car in the system and went to ask someone about my car. I was told that my car was at the third party auto body they work with for repair and they would let me know when it was finished. A week goes by and I still hear nothing. I went to the dealership to drop off my previous cars title and speak with the finance manager. I talked to him about my experience so far because he asked how I was liking the new car. He took my name, number, and a note and said he would speak with my sales rep and have them call me and give me a status update on my car. The next day, the sales rep called and told me they weren't able to get ahold of the auto body and will give them a call again on Monday after the holiday to get a status on my car. Monday, no update. Finally, Wednesday, I call the dealership to speak with my sales rep on the status of my car. He has no update and says he will get back with me. The next day he texts me and says he hasn't heard anything from the auto body. They gave me the auto body name so I called the auto body myself as it's almost been two weeks and no one will tell me what's going on with my car. The woman at the tells me the auto body does not have my car and they have been getting calls from the sales rep asking about it and has no idea what he is talking about. The auto body calls the dealership for me and they tell her that my car is currently sitting in the dealership lot and has been for the last TWO WEEKS. The dealership tells her that they will give me a call in a minute. NO CALL EVER RECEIVED. I have no idea where my car is at this point. I do not recommend this Nissan dealership. This has been the worst experience I've had buying a car. I understand mistakes and had it been maybe one of these issues, I could have lived with it. However, all of this together is outright ridiculous.

    All of the staff was friendly, especially Mark, he made sure that I got everything I needed taken care of. He made sure I left with a full tank and cleaned... car. He stayed late the night before to make sure I got a good deal and that I was happy with my car.

    Let me just start by saying that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I was involved in an accident on Friday.... My car was completely ruined and insurance company was not making things easy for me, plus I still had a balance on my old vehicle. I went in to TEST DRIVE a Used 2018 Nissan Altima, with no intentions of purchasing for at least 3-4 weeks. I ended up pulling off the lot with a brand new 2020 Nissan Altima!! MY Sales guy Mark Clifford was very friendly. informative and Patient. He listened to all my concerns and I never felt PRESSURED to make any decisions. When I got to the back to close the deal, Big Guy aka Craig was extremely through and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying. He was even going to let me take the car (Monday) and come back on Friday to make my down payment. Those men worked their xxxxx off to get that deal closed and I've never been more appreciative.
