The service i had done today was excellent.

The service i had done today was excellent. From the young lady that checked me in . The technician that performed the service was great . Even got a video of everything. The only thing I noticed that was different today was i didn't get the complimentary car wash and did get the vacuum either. But overall the experience was good.

Seth, was my sales rep on my recent purchase of a Nissan

Seth, was my sales rep on my recent purchase of a Nissan Sentra. I have to say that I usually hate the car buying experience, but this was by far best experience I have ever had. Seth was professional and felt like he was there to help,not upsell me on something that I didn’t want. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I was here to buy armada This floor manager mil heard

I was here to buy armada This floor manager mil heard was very rude and disrespectful. In between the conversation he threw the paperwork in the table n told us have a nice day Find the car somewhere else. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Will never go to mil he is rude.

Service Center is the worst and I was a loyal client for

Service Center is the worst and I was a loyal client for almost 4 years. Poor Communication, long waits, my experience at another Nissan dealership put shame on this place. Go somewhere else if you can! There are places that would love to have loyal clients and provide great customer service.

I had corresponded with this dealership through

I had corresponded with this dealership through text,email and 1 phone call. I had set up a appointment to check out a vehicle on their lot. The night before I was supposed to be there i received a text to confirm my appointment. I responded with I will be there. The next morning we drove over 1 hour to get there. We arrived early and went in. Was greeted right away. I was told by email to ask for The VIP manager. The young gentleman said he was. Told him we had a appointment to look at a vehicle. Told him what it was. He looked the went and talked to someone else. Returned with we sold that vehicle yesterday. That's fine. First come first serve. But a little courtesy with a phone call would have been nice. Before driving over a hour to get there. They got what they wanted A SALE. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you do deal with them. Be very cautious. They just want the sale in my opinion.

Sales department top notch, but, after buying my vehicle, I found out staff do not return calls, i.e., service department, n title office, after being told, they will call back... This makes, Napleton Nassan, no better than their competitors.
