I needed a new vehicle since my current one is 15 years old and I had it for a few years now. I was looking on Cars.com and I found one that I liked which was at BCAG of Mahwah. I emailed them and received a quick response from Zoey, who answered my entire question. I ended up going the same day to view the car. I was extremely impressed when I got to the dealership. I was introduced to Julio and Paco who were really professional and friendly. They really worked with me in obtaining the car I wanted at the price I felt comfortable paying for. When purchasing the car, everything ran through quickly and efficiently. Everything went well. I ended up buying a 2013 BMW 5 Series and loved it. It?s 10 times better than my previous vehicle. Their staff was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and everything ran really smoothly with him. I have recommended to a few friends and recommend to anyone looking purchasing a car.

I was generally skeptical about purchasing cars from dealerships, on the strength of the reviews on this site (which were very positive) I decided to call BCAG of Mahwah, and was completely blown away by the professionalism,courtesy and unbelievable level of hospitality that was shown to my sister and I. They worked with me and even kept in contact during the process , I live in the bronx and they are located in Mahwah NJ, but they kept in contact like they were neighbors right next door, NEVER pressuring to buy like most dealerships do , but was patient and understanding when circumstances arose.i highly recommend anyone to purchase there next vehicle at BCAG of Mahwah . Very professional and to the point. I worked with business manager A. Barone from a distance and in person. The communication was excellent through emails and phone calls. The vehicle was exactly what I expected and more! It was very clean in the inside & outside... Loved it!!! Beautiful jeep, aka "Wild Horse"?. The other staff was nice and courteous as well. I would highly recommend this dealership! It was worth my out of state travel! Thanks again Mr. Barone!!!
