I had a very good experience. I was given a loaner which was dropped off at my house when my car was picked up. There was a bit of a mix-up on the loaner but it got straightened out quickly. The service was done exactly as I requested. Piazza is a good organization.

We are certainly impressed with the helpfulness and compassion we experienced thru the entire week our car was in your shop. We got home and both of us felt like we were a part of the Piaza family community.
