They give small businesses a bad name

I bought a 2013 Maxima from them that needed so much work done that it'll cost twice as much as what I paid for the car. The junker I traded in for $700 was in better mechanical shape than what I ended up with. Everything was somehow fine during the scheduled test drive, but problems started as soon as I took it home. The car is literally dying and I've driven it less than 1300 miles. Don't ignore the negative reviews and end up getting ripped off like I did. I paid $10k for what should have been a mechanic's special.

Crooks dont buy here.

I bought a 2010 land rover sport. They asked for 8500 down which we were already planning on putting alot down. Took 2 weeks to get the vehicle shipped to me as soon as it was off the trailer they hadn't fixed any of the issues they said they would repair. Overheats first night. Blown head gasket. They transport it back and do a repair on the vehicle that land rover says not to do. Machine heads on this particular model is not a viable fix. Pick the vehicle up 3 weeks later and it blows the head gasket after 1000 miles. 3 days. This vehicle has traveled more miles on trailer than I've gotten to drive it. They won't return calls to get it repaired. They said they went above and beyond to help their customer by fixing it the first time when I reported them to Florida.

Horrible place

Disgusting rude people stuck me and my one year old in a extremely overpriced car with more problems then it was ever worth the engine blew after four months and after the 2nd day I had it I asked for them to take a look because I knew things were wrong and had proof would never look at it and when the engine finally did blow they told me they wouldn’t fix it because i don’t have a warranty anymore please never go here

STAY AWAY!

I went and purchased a Lincoln Navigator. First they told me it would be $2000 down. As I am signing the paperwork, they tell me I need another $1000. I told them I didn't have the money, so they told me they would give me a week to get the money. After a few days, the steering wheel started vibrating badly. I called and they told me to bring it back. I sat there for six hours and they told me everything was fixed. About two days later, the brake pedal started vibrating badly. I called again and they told me to bring it back. Again I sat there for another six hours. Again, they told me everything was fixed. Less than a week later, the horn stops working as does the cruise control and the car loses power while I am driving it. The ac also fails. Again, I brought it back. Again sat there. They told me they had to order some parts and I had to come back. I came back about a week later of me having to constantly calling them to follow up. Turns out they "ordered the wrong parts." Had to come back yet again to be told it couldn't be fixed. I was told they were sending it to Lincoln to be fixed. I asked for a loaner car. They gave me a minivan. I didn't get two blocks when the car started vibrating violently. Back I went. They gave me another minivan, I get about a mile away and the same thing happens. Back again I go. I was then put in an Explorer. After a week of hearing nothing from them, I call and they lie and say they are sending it to Lincoln to be fixed. I told them the oil was low on the Explorer and it needed an oil change. As the place next door is doing the oil change, I notice the Lincoln is still sitting there! I asked them why and I was told a "special mechanic from Lincoln was coming there to fix it." Sounded like total bs, but I said ok. About a week later, still heard nothing from them. I call and they said they have no answer yet. Another week goes by and a maintenance light comes on in the Explorer. I bring the Explorer back and the Lincoln is still sitting right where I left it! Now I am told I owe them money for using the loaner car piece of crap Explorer or they won't give me the Explorer back! So I pay them. They run a "test" on the Explorer and they say "nothing to worry about." I leave. A day later as I am driving with my kids in the car I lose power and almost crash. I call them and they tell me they will tow it back to them and fix it. After a week of not hearing anything I text them and no one responds. I text again. No response. I text two days later, no response. Now I find out they repoed the Explorer!
