Scammers. Stay far away!

Scammed me of a five-figure refundable deposit that he later claimed to be non-refundable for work that was not performed and Art refused to perform. Art is nothing but a conman. Beware and stay away for your own good.

Great Service Shop

Honest, Trustworthy Repairs. I had issues with my Bentley and they showed me everything while the car was on the lift. They told me what was urgent and what I could leave for later time. Price is fair and my car was completed quickly. Thank you EAG, will be back again! Jon

Buyer beware, unscrupulous business practices

Buyer Beware! This is a place to bring your car to if you are trusting or a sucker. If you are smart you will steer clear. We picked this place due to the reviews that we found online, their apparent expertise on repairing European cars, and how helpful they were on the phone. We needed to have an oil change and radiator flush, several other smaller things done, as well as asked them to check the car and let us know if they saw anything else major that needed to be done while they were doing the above. At the time we dropped the car I wanted to know and asked specifically for cost to have all the above done and we were told they could not tell us at that time, but would call us with an estimate for approval before anything was done. We were not asked to sign anything agreeing to the cost of the work or estimate. Well when we got an estimate for $2400 which was markedly inflated from everywhere else that we called around to for the same work. We told them we did not want to do the work done and wanted to hold off. When we showed up to get our car Art told us that it would be $140 for the cost of an estimate, being we were not having the work done, and that they would not release our keys otherwise. I feel that this shop is either poor at communication or unscrupulous. They should have disclosed a diagnostic fee and their hourly rate at the time the car was dropped off, being they were specifically asked for the costs up front.

Finest Service on BWW anywhere.

I have been dealing with Art and his shop EAG for a while now. The advice and quality parts and service I have received has been second to none. If you are in the market for a late model BMW in pristine condition at a great price, I highly recommend Art and EAG. And they have extensive knowledge in older models as well. He located parts for my 2000 328i E46 that I could find nowhere else. Give them a try. You will be glad that you did.

Outstanding service/prices Porsche Cayenne

I would highly recommend EAG for European car service to anyone. I had a outstanding experience and will definitely take my Porsche there for ALL my future work. Customer Service was outstanding. Dave kept me appraised of everything that was going on. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable on my Porsche. He quoted me a great price for a valve cover gasket replacement. Literally hundreds of dollars less than the local Porsche dealership and a better price than the other local Indy's. Cory, who serviced my car, told me exactly what he did and was completely honest about anything else he saw that may cause problems in the future. If you are looking to pay top dollar and want all the niceties of the dealership, by all means go there. But if you are looking for honest mechanics, great service at honest prices, then go to EAG.

Nice Spot!

These guys know their foreign cars. Went to European Auto Group because they had a pretty uncommon BMW Wagon that had been impossible to find in good condition. These guys pretty much refurbished the inside of the car because it wasn?t `up to their standards? and it looked better than any other Wagon I had seen online anywhere. Definitely recommend these guys to everyone looking for a car, awesome customer service and prices.

Thank you for your feedback!

Welcoming, informative, no pressure!

Purchased a pre-owned BMW 335 from European Auto Group. My first BMW and I am very pleased. I have had the car for over 4 months now and wanted to put some mileage on it before posting a review. I do approximately 3,500 miles a month due to a long work commute and I must say this car has been performing well and very reliable. They are very knowledgeable about what they sell and customer service is outstanding. I had my first routine service done and they got me in and out and very reasonable. I was always under the impression BMWs were expensive to service and they have proved the opposite. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone. If you are looking for a preowned BMW or any European car this is definitely the first and last stop you should make. Thank you to everyone at European Auto Group for a pleasant and educational shopping experience.
