Fast friendly service.

Fast friendly service. Overall a great experience. The car was better than expected. I applied for the loan online and was approved in less than an hour. Showed up at the dealership, signed the paperwork, and was on my way. No high pressure sales at closing.

Stay away from this shop if I could go -star

This dealer ship had no problem taking our cash. They sent us down the road with one key and it’s a fight to get the other key. The oil was not new they had used the car as a runner for customers getting theirs fix and put on over 2,000 miles never told us about that and never changed the oil. The windshield had a chip in and it was fixed but was not done very well. So I told them to fix it and they said they would have it done before we took delivery of it. That didn’t happen so they let us take the car and drove over an hour to pick the car up take it back to the there shop and drive it back never put gas in it. I would never buy a thing from them again. They got my money and you bet I will get there’s. Stay away from this shop.

Excellent service and hassle free. I live in Illinois so I ordered two new cars by phone and Marthaler in Minocqua Wi delivered to my door. I can?t say enough about Brett & Kelly and the high quality of their customer service.

Didn't Buy but Loved it Here!

Mark was such a treat to work with! He is so kind and friendly. I'm in the market for my first car and he took the time necessary to show me all sorts of vehicles in my price range. Unfortunately, none were quite what I was looking for, but I will be continually checking in! Thanks, Mark!

Customer oriented business,

Service dept did all they could to solve the problem. Granted - problem not totally solved but it wasn't for "lack 'o tryin" as they say.
