Service Department Ghetto Fix's Cars
Okay, let me be brutally honest with anyone looking to buy from here. Be extra through when you test drive a car you are interested in. I recently purchased a Chevy truck and the passenger door stopped opening from the outside. The service departments wonderful fix was to use Electrical Tape to tape the rod together, talk about half-a**ing your job. Passenger mirror was also floppy and they told me, to fix it it would raise the cost 1k dollars then all I had to do was open it and adjust the tension rings inside it..... I definitely would not bring any auto here for service in fear of them doing it wrong, couldn't even put a rod in a hole and properly attach a clip to it, highly disappointed. The person I worked with was wonderful to talk to however, and I do not hold it against anyone in the sales team, they do not work in the garage. I was super not thrilled when the "fix" broke again when I was home a DAYS after buying the truck and having to do it myself. Stay Away from the Service Department, and if they Fixed anything, don't trust it!

Drove 250 miles to see a 2014 Silverado, the truck was everything they said it was. Worked with Brad Heard, very friendly and Knowledgeable. I don't know how he could have made the process any easier, I would and will recommend him to anyone. Well worth the drive.
