I was so excited when I walked in the door of Infiniti of

I was so excited when I walked in the door of Infiniti of Willow Grove and saw the car of my dreams. My salesman Nick made it happen for me in one day! He was able to find the exact color combination I wanted, let me drive the car, and even show it to my husband for his approval. Everything fell perfectly into place! So grateful for a totally positive experience.

I have been bringing my car to Faulkner Infiniti for many

I have been bringing my car to Faulkner Infiniti for many years, and Infinit of Willow Grove prior to that. Over the past few years, the level of service has deteriorated in my opinion. Today, I brought my Q70 in for maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Although I had a loaner vehicle, I told Mark that I needed my car today. He said my car "would definitely" be ready today. Not only was it not ready today, but I received no communication whatsoever. When I called at 5:30, I was told that service is gone for the day. I only write this because this is the 3rd time this happened to me, and I am finished with Faulkner. Everyone is friendly, but they don't do what they say they will.

Bought a used QX60 here two months ago and sales were great as was the service. Had a malfunction light come on and they gave me a loaner to ensure they have covered everything. All good!!

Car is great! Nicholas was a great Salesman he was thinking customer first he showed me the car I wanted with a great price and low miles. Why pay more if you can pay less and get the same thing. He is great for customers and sales!
