Bait and switch pricing

They don't honor advertised prices. contacted them by email, and they kept saying that price is expiring today. I kept asking if they would honor the advertised price and their response was price is expiring today. They just want to get you in the dealership and that's it. they won't honor their prices online.

SHOP HERE IF YOU LIKE BEING UNAPPRECIATED

Cheesiest saleman ever ... Gary K. About 1/10 as smart as he thinks he is. Just follows the flowchart of rehearsed lines while feeling superior and impressed with himself. He literally asked me how likely I was to buy, because he did not want to waste his time. Even used the line, "what's it gonna take for me to put you behind the wheel of this brand new car today?" I felt like I was in a skit portraying the classic stereotype of a sleazy car salesman. I did buy, and I think the price was fair, although he could have done better. I was just tired of his crap and saving another $500 or so just wasn't worth spending more time with this Bozo. He even called me "silly" during our negotiations. I probably should have walked out then, but I was ready to buy and did not feel like letting a bad salesman ruin what was an otherwise fair deal.

Pleasant buying experience

Made a appointment to look at a used Ram 1500. Met with Milos. He was very thorough about explaining all the details of the truck. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. I bought the truck and am very happy with the entire dealership.

Deception

Total scam. 2495 in paint protection added onto the advertised online price? This had to be illegal. If not illegal morally questionable. Add 2495 on top of the on line price to get the actual sales price. Save yourself a trip and do not do business with this group it’s a waste of your time. T

Shady Business Practices

I contacted this dealership about a new car I wanted to purchase and ship out of state. Yet, this dealership does NOT sell to out-of-state buyers. Further, there is no indication of this on its website or cars.com. If you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle and shipping it to your home state you are out of luck. This business practice is shady at best and unconscionable at worst. Drawing in potential buyers with a lower price, but forcing them to conclude the sale in person creates opportunities for unfair bargaining practices and allows sales personnel to exert undue pressure.

Waste of time and zero customer service

I contacted this dealer on a Thursday with intentions on buying a ram 2500 they had. Spoke with 2 seperate sales people and the finance manager between Thursday and Friday to get things lined up for Saturday morning as I was traveling an hour and a half to purchase this truck and they understood my situation. After waiting for the salesman to supposedly put something together for me I never heard back. I contact the dealer Monday and the truck was sold and they had the nerve to ask if I was interested in any other vehicle. What a absolute joke and waste of time...Glad I didn't give them my $50k

Not honoring internet price

Three years ago we bought a Jeep Cherokee from them and it was slightly difficult in dealing with them but we made a deal. Now we wanted to purchase another Jeep. Javier was a the salesperson from last time and we were working with him again. The Internet price of the Jeep is $ 20,610. Adding in tax, title, tags would make the price $ 22,708.23. Paul, the sales manager, wanted $26,700. What is the bait and switch difference? The invoice price includes a $1495 destination charge. $1495 to bring a Jeep made in Belvidere, IL to Elgin, IL? The factory is exactly 41.7 miles from the dealership. Why is the dealership not honoring their internet price? Is Paul trying to drive the business into the ground?

Aweful Customer Service

Very disappointed with the customer service of dealership, as we made an appointment to see the 2020 Ford Edge and told Her we would be coming from near Milwaukee. The appointment was for 2:00 today, and because google maps had the wrong directions, we got lost, and did not make to the dealership till 2:30. I called the dealership, to let them know we were running a little late because of google, but said this was no problem and to let them know when we arrive. After almost a 2 hour drive, we got there to find out the car was sold. Because we had an appointment to see this car, it should not have been sold

Awful Customer Service and Unprofessional

Drove 1.5hours to test drive a brand new Gladiator. Sat down and put in an offer. Was told that the finance manager was out but that i would get a call within an hour and a half. Took my family out for dinner waited, no call back. Finally decided to go home. Called 3 times today and each time was told id get a call back within minutes, NO CALL BACK. What the xxxx, just tell me if my offer was rejected and why so i can move on or continue with negotiations. This is a car dealership right? The idea is to sell the vehicles on the lot correct???
