I would give zero stars if possible.

I would give zero stars if possible. Consumers beware. Do not use the service department. They overcharge and are dishonest about repairs provided. I had an alternator and belt replacement done costing over 1,600. 00 dollars. 5 months later traveling out of state vehicle alerts to stop and turn off vehicle immediately. It was towed to the near by dealership which turned out to be a real blessing. We told them the alternator was just installed in Dec 24 and should still be under warranty. They went to change the alternator and found out that it was an O Reilly alternator that was also a rebuild. Even though our paperwork said it was a gm alternator. They were unable to honor the warranty for this reason. So they replaced the alternator and belt with gm parts for just over 1,100 dollars. So basically we were charged an extra 500 dollars from Neil Huffman for the same work and for a rebuilt alternator that was not a gm part even though that was what the paperwork said. We spoke with manager and received back over 1300 dollars for the "mistake". The insisted on use still paying 1.5 hrs for diagnostics. Even though my husband was stuck on side of road, in unsafe area, for over 1.5 hrs and had trip interruption on way to out of state graduation . How absurd that they felt they were still deserving of 1.5 hrs of diagnostics. They assured me this never happens but you would never know unless you were blessed enough to go to a very honest dealership service department. They couldn't even give the 100 % refund, embarrassing. Do not ever assume they are being honest with you or your family.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I arrived a few minutes early after 90 minutes I checked on my car. The technicians leave the shop and congregate in another building and periodically check on your car. They spilled oil in my engine compartment and left all the garbage in the car for me to clean myself. This shop is not run professionally! I take it to the dealer so I can have my car thoroughly inspected expect someone to either go over the results or at least give me some printed information. None of that was done during my visit. Nothing was done after I raised the concern, in fact I felt like that is why they left all the garbage in my car.

I live in Michigan and was looking for a specific vehicle

I live in Michigan and was looking for a specific vehicle that had never seen salty roads. They had the vehicle I was looking for, and I talked to their sales team several times on the phone and they were very accommodating. So the wife and I made the six hour trip down there to get the truck and that’s when, figuratively, the wheels started to fall off. They knew we were coming and would be there at a specific time, when we got there, we sat in the show room for over an hour because the truck was still on the rack in the service department being aligned. I would even question whether it was completed since there was a distinct wobble on the ride back to Michigan. But finally, the truck showed up but the showroom so we took it for a test drive, and then we sat in the lobby for another 45 minutes waiting to do the paperwork . The final straw was when we were given a temporary plate that was good for two months after the sale of the vehicle. They said they went that far out with it because “Michigan can sometimes take a long time to get the title work done.” After two months of waiting and the temporary plate expiring we were informed by Neil Huffman staff that they would be overnighting the title directly to us because it was still at their facility in Kentucky. Seriously, after two months, the paperwork had not been completed! The message I got was that they would send it directly to me, so I did not have to wait for the state of Michigan to process the paperwork, I could just bring it in myself and get it done in one day. In other words, since they didn’t do their job the way it should’ve been done, I can make an appointment with the secretary of state and go sit in the facility for who knows how many hours to do what they were supposed to do. I’m trying to contact them, but everyones voicemail box was full, And after sending several text to the sales team, I have yet to hear back from anyone. In short, they are great to work with until you purchase the vehicle, then it all goes to xxxx in a handbasket.

we purchased a car from Neil Huffman and haven’t had it

we purchased a car from Neil Huffman and haven’t had it for over six months and we haven’t even put 2000 miles on it. We were in desperate need of a second vehicle due to our daughter having type one diabetes come to find out they sold us a car that has bad piston rings in them. We had the vehicle towed back to Neil Huffman‘s who then quoted us over the book value of the car to fix it. One of the sales Men then called me back And stated that he was calling from un recorded line, and that my best bet was to put spark plugs on it and then trade ut in. They do not want to own up to their mistake. They took advantage of us and now we are stuck with a lemon and no way to get rid of it and we are currently in debt because of it I would not recommend this dealership and I would not go back there again as they do not value integrity. they claim to be men of God, but they don’t sell vehicles that are reliable for families who are in a hardship. they were able to diagnose a specific engine problem in our vehicle in under 30 mins. That was inside the ignition 🤔
