Don't walk run from this dealership.

Don't walk run from this dealership. As the other reviews say cannot believe a word they say. There is no mechanic that checks out the car. After buying ours took it to a body shop for some missing trim and just sensors that quit working 4 thousand later and a signed waiver not holding them responsible for our safety. Mechanic was another two grand still leaks oil do to cracked transfer case. This is a 2019 ford edge with 44,000 miles. Don't believe them or you will end up with lipstick on a pig.

Buyer beware!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This business is run by crooks and liars. Lied to my face on how a vehicle was fixed when I came to purchase. We could clearly see used materials in the repair. Used insurance to fix a vehicle with used parts and pocketed the balance. Buyer beware. I’m so glad I didn’t purchase after learning of their bad business practices from other dealerships and yelp reviews. Do your homework and have a third party examine any vehicle from them.

Rapid City Location

Worked with Denver and John. Both super friendly and helpful as well as patient (had 3 little boys with me). Calm atmosphere without feeling "pushed". Simple process and relatively stress free. Thanks guys for my Dodge Durango

Theft recovery nightmare

I bought a 2017 Subaru Legacy from them and have had issue after issue. Before I purchased it, I noticed the bumper popping out from the fender. I asked what that was about, and the sales guy went inside to find out. He came back out and told me it was in a minor accident and wouldn’t effect the car. Pushed the bumper back in and it seemed fine. I should have looked the car over more because now i’m dealing with a torn bumper. I drove to sioux falls and on the way back to rapid stopped for fuel 20 miles outside of murdo. The bumper had pulled off from the side and under the headlight and started to tear. I went back to the dealership to ask them about it. I was told I have to pay for it out of my pocket. The owner said they should have fixed it before it was sold but of course since its already sold they won’t help me. I had the car inspected, and it was in more than a “minor” accident. There is a hole in the skid plate underneath, the wind guard underneath is ripped, and there are cable ties holding stuff together under the back bumper. I was told that the bumper had been repaired before, and the fender had been repainted poorly. I had to have one of the tires replaced because it didn’t match the other three and that is not okay for an AWD vehicle. The center console lid does not latch. The drivers front strut needed replaced two months after buying the car. Thank God for Subaru warranty because the cheap head unit they put in it quit working. I know it was replaced prior because things were glued back together behind it! The Subaru dealership was amazed it was holding together at all. I could go on and on. These guys are crooks and should be shut down. Oh wait, they were once. If I had known they were the same owners of auto advantage I'd have walked away.

Great buying Experience

After going to a couple dealerships, and have purchased several vehicles in the past. I have a lot of experience in the typical car salesman deals. I found my experience with Summit to be non stressful. They were all very friendly, and most of all Honest! There was no going back and forth. They were straight forward, and reasonable. I found a vehicle I love, and met every detail I was looking for in my next vehicle purchase.

Hello, anyone home?

After submitting my request for more information, I didn't hear anything for a week and forgot about them. They then did call and ask if I was still interested. I passed.
