Went for oil change and needed new license plate frames. I had made an appointment by phone but it was not entered into the system. They were still able... to work me in and got everything done quickly.
Not only were we treated with a professional, friendly staff, who made sure our experience was swift and even joyful. We were visited in the waiting room... where coffee, beverages, popcorn were available by other staff members from other departments. TV, fish tank, conversations, magazines in a highly comfortable waiting room made our visit user friendly. We marveled at the prompt, efficient service we received. GREAT JOB GOLDS!
A 180 degrees difference from the dealership I purchased my truck from. Friendly and a upfront discussion about what will happen and about how long it... will take. The cherry on top was that they did a nice job powering washing my truck. Not expected, so a nice surprise.

I have all my service work done at Golds and appreciate how well they take care of you while your car is being worked on. The waiting room is warm, comfortable... and open. Feels like you're in the living room of someone's house with all the amenities--upholstered chairs, television, magazines, newspaper, fish tank, popcorn, vending machine. If you prefer they'll arrange transportation for you to errands or shopping. And, the added bonus, they vacuum and wash your car as part of the service.
