The sales person/staff are 'straight up'...the vehicle was clean...and even the tech staff were impressive. I did not find this decent level of dealer operations at most other locations. The BIG area dealers are lacking in total customer service. Williams isn't real big, but they are good.

The entire process was a breeze, I had the pleasure of working with Justin and Roy Called the dealership on a Monday, requested a price on a suburban they returned a call to me on Tuesday accepting my offer. Ray helped me through the whole process. He is a retired Army officer. There was no pressure or BS. He was honest and open about everything. Justin the owner was on-site and he was great.They took my old truck on a trade and gave me a fair price. Before I left with my "new" vehicle they put a new battery in it because they noticed some light corrosion. They would rather have you come back for your next car instead of making a quick buck. I will be back.

Bought this 2011 Toyota RAV4 from Williams to replace our daughter's SUV that was totaled in an accident. Brought it to an independent mechanic who confirmed everything we were told by the dealer and brought it home that afternoon. Thanks guys! Highly recommend.
