Dedicated sales rep Nick, wasn’t so dedicated.

Dedicated sales rep Nick, wasn’t so dedicated. Every time I talked to the dude he was in the middle of something else, this includes when he called me. Annoying and unprofessional. He claimed he would get me a great deal on my trade, sent pictures before making the 2 hour drive. Was expecting a “range” since they didn’t see the car in person. Got a lowball offer. The offer was so low that it seemed they were insulting my intelligence as a human to do “basic” research. Offer, 11k. Caravans offer 14,800( also site unseen), Another jeep dealership, 15,500. Don’t kill your sale in the beginning by being lazy at your job. Not going to deal with people why try and rip you off.

A Job well done!!!!

I was there with a friend of mine for his vehicle purchase. Sydney Grace Porter did an amazing job working with us. Took care of everything that we needed. Felt like we were treated with the upmost respect and integrity. Why we were there. Just want to say a job Well done keep up the good work.

Had a wonderful experience buying my New Jeep! Charles Cromer the salesman answered all my questions.. Was not pushy! I got the perfect vehicle, So happy! He also called on following up on my purchase. Also any emails that were sent.... Great experience!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙂🙂🙂

Ridiculous

After several conversations I made an appointment on line to meet with a salesman I requested . I was told I would only deal with him . I had bought a new van a couple years ago and he was great ! I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up the salesman was not there . I explained the price range several times and the only truck I was offered was a truck completely out of the price range . I over heard the sales guys making fun of a customer that requested a product to be put on . Truly a sad atmosphere that will never get my buisness

Definitely Worth The Drive

A truly great auto buying experience. I pass Two Jeep dealers, one about a mile from my house, to get to Mt. Orab CDJR - Totally worth it. I shopped them both and Mt. Orab was the only one interested in getting me the Jeep I wanted. Great people who treat you Right!
