Initial review: These guys are super easy to work with

Initial review: These guys are super easy to work with and very transparent. I do not like salesmen or dealerships, and am very quick to call people on xx. I look over vehicles with a fine-toothed comb to make sure there hasn’t been something shady done to them. This was the fourth dealership I visited in my search for a “new to me” truck. As other dealers had excuses for their shortcomings or vehicle issues, these guys had a beautiful truck with everything and more that I was looking for, at a great price. I would highly recommend them. Update 30 days out: After reminding the salesman, Devan G., several times (5 or 6), I finally got the Northwest Protection Package scheduled and applied. The more I dealt with/observed him, the less professional he seemed. Why this sort of thing is coordinated with a salesperson instead of Service is beyond me... The package consists of detailing, interior protection, and ceramic coating. I don't see much of a difference, beyond the patches of waxy haze that they left behind, greasy tire shine that flung all up the sides on the way home, and a slightly greasy interior. They clearly didn't touch the windshield, because the marks that I left on it a few days prior were still there. They didn't fully wash it, because the same debris was still in the bed of the truck. I hate questioning whether or not a big purchase was worth it, like, did they actually apply ceramic coating? Pretty sure I could've gotten the same or better results without spending $1,289, or whatever it comes out to in the end after financing it into the deal. Lesson learned, continue to say "NO" to add-ons once you're toward the end of the deal.

While I realize Sage was required to sell us a number of protection packages for the car, the process could have been more simplified. I do not blame him and was overall very pleased with the sale price.

The vehicle we purchased was a lemon dealer made us deal with ford motor company on our own took over 3 months to get our purchase price back form ford motor company! This dealer doesn’t stand behind the products they sale ! would never recommend to any one to purchase anything from this dealer!!!! They just want your Money period!!!! Stay a way and save your money!!! Worst buying experience EVER !!!

I spent $18,000 on a 2014 Ford Mustang, I was told in a text that the car had Bluetooth. After I buy the car and try to setup my phone I find out no it doesn't have Bluetooth. You can not get back up camera, no accessories. I would think a Mustang would have the available options. Jordan the sales rep could I just go get an adapter. The power socket in the storage bin doesn't have room for an adapter, the other is at top of dashboard and the owners manual states "Warning: do not plug optional electrical accessories into the cigarette lighter socket in proper use of the lighter can cause damage not covered by your warranty and can result in fire or serious injury and do not hang anything. I would need to spend another $1300 or more to put in a system that would work. A person needs hands free phone capability or even just use of your phone. I am not happy about it all. I had just put over $700 on a system for my old car, and put $6K down on this car. Now I am stuck with a car I am not happy with. No way to use handsfree in my car. I guess I will have to trade it in already and I will end up losing money.

The experience was great until I realized there was no blue tooth in car and I have a text from the salesman saying the car had blue tooth. There was a text button and phone button on the dash, why would I think there wasn't Bluetooth since I was told it had it? I ended up spending $1295.00 on a stereo so I could have blue tooth. The two small dents that were suppose to be fixed haven't been. Two people have called and asked about My experience and said they would get back to me after they looked into it and I've never heard anything from anybody. I have considered filing a claim against the dealer insurance.

Great service JP

I recently had have part replaced on the rear bumper of my pickup. JP in the service department helped me when I came in. He explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. He called and gave me an update while the work was being done and let me know when it was completed. He remembered me when I came back. Great service!

I went in 2 different times to have my alarm/key fob...

I went in 2 different times to have my alarm/key fob disengaged due to staring issues. They said they can’t do it. Then they said for 130.00 and leave my truck for seven days they’d look at it. …. SO!!! I went to a dear friend who owns a company dealing in such things. In 15 minutes he fixed my problem at no charge. Keizer Ford is a bunch of dishonest idiots.
