Sanders Ford Inc of Swansboro

Sanders Ford was our first stop on our search to find a new SUV. We searched all around Eastern North Carolina and ended up back where we started at Sanders. Tyler did an excellent job in assisting us with the whole process and his follow up has been impeccable. All of our interactions with Tyler (and Kevin) were low-key with a no-pressure attitude. We felt like they were trying to build a relationship rather than just sell us a car. We will definitely go back to Sanders and see Tyler for our next purchase.

I had such an amazing experience buying a vehicle from Sanders Ford of Swansboro! I had the pleasure of having Thomas Nikorak as my Sales person and interactions with Valerie, the Finance Manager. Both listened to my needs, my concerns, and my wishes in what it was I wanted in a vehicle, and they nailed it. I live two and a half hours away, however, prefer to do my business with Sanders. The bulk of the buying process was done via telephone, online, and through video chats simply because my car was totaled in an accident a few days prior. Thomas went to their sister dealership, to review a vehicle I was interested in. He chatted me through video and walked me through every inch of that car. Showing me all the features and benefits, and I fell in love with his recommendation. Within 24 hours, my vehicle was delivered to me, again, 2 1/2 hours away, by their delivery expert, Ray, and Thomas himself. I have had an outstanding experience with their entire dealership, and will use them specifically for all of my future buying needs!
