The whole process was great. We couldn't have asked for better experience. Emory was very responsive to our request to test drive a vehicle. She gave us all the information on it and a personal video showing us the vehicle. Lizz was very easy to talk to and made sure we felt comfortable with our choice. Kevin made a real connection with us and made us feel like more than just costumers. Jeremy was very patient when we were discussing our financial decisions and truly wanted us to make the best informed decision for our family. We will definitely recommend them to to everyone. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had.

Had a 7:30AM appt. Which was not honored and service not started till late morning. Due to late start had to leave truck overnight for work to be completed the next morning. Was charged $50 to use credit card!!! Would have been nice to know that up front! Certain I will not be doing any business with Sanders Ford Swansboro anytime in the future. Minus one star.
