Simple and speedy!
I have a 17 year old Honda Prelude who still gets me to work, but needs a few repairs, so we looked into D&M leasing. Sunday we messaged them, by Monday I was in contact with an agent, and by Wednesday I had a brand new Honda Civic delivered to my home. I've been through dealerships, and the negotiations, huge down payments, and general waiting and hassle. Since I didn't know what I wanted this time, I just told Chris my must haves, and all I really had to do was text my information and pick a color. When he told me my down payment, all I could say was, "That's it???" The terms, down payment and payments are all completely reasonable and low stress. Their motto is "We make leasing easy, at D&M" for a reason!

New Dodge
I have never leased, but contacted D&M Leasing with my questions. I had the best customer service imaginable from Shane Rowell. He contacted me very quickly to discuss and answer all of my questions. I will be a customer of D&M for years to come due to them treating us like we mattered and they wanted our business. Too many times at a dealership you are looked at as a paycheck and they do not really care about what you want. Shane found my perfect vehicle and made sure it was exactly what I wanted.

Tried to scam me on financing
Tried to scam me on finacing . He said the best he could was 8 petcent apr. When i told him i had been approved for much better ( 3 percent by 4 diffrent lenders ) and all of a sudden he found a loan for 4 percent . I am not going to buy from

Very unexpected!!!!
I am use to pushy sales and annoying sales persons in dealerships, much to my surprise, this dealer sales person Denis Goodwin was perfect. No rush, always available, reasonable and honest. He gave me a good deal and help me make my wife happy. After just a week of talking to him, he delivered my car to my house and even took a picture and video of the moment. I am not doing any other leasing unless is with him.

What I liked most about working with Courtney, aside from her friendly demeanor, is the fact that she kept me updated throughout the entire process. Nothing worse than having to constantly reach out to find out what's going on. I never ONCE had to call her because she continuously kept me informed.

Thanks Dean, dealerships NEVER AGAIN
Dean made this experience a smooth ride. This was my first time leasing - always financed. He walked me through every detail and educated me on how all worked - he is very experienced and was able to make me understand how residual/depreciation/payment worked with ease. Very upfront, straight forward and no dealership kind of obnoxious haggling. These guys really know their stuff. He was patient and didn't work pressure tactics used by dealerships. Dean was there to do business, and not to sell A or B car - this really made the difference.
