Came in Thursday to see a couple vehicles Eddie the salesman was very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question. The day got late and all the... banks were closed so they would call back tomorrow we’ll tommrow came never call me back I called twice and they said they would call “right back neither time did they. So I think ill just go else where. Which is a bummer had a nice car for a good price but I believe Customer service is key and I would rather buy where I can get a call back for a simple question
They were extremely diligent in obtaining a loan for me although my credit score is on the 400's. Eddie ward delightful to work with! I will come back... for my vehicles, always! They have earned a lifelong customer.
I baught a 2011 jeep wrangler from this dealer and when test driving noticed the infotainment system was very glitchy and the touch screen had a mind of... it's own so I told them that the infotainment would have to be replaced if I were to purchase and the agreement was that they would get me a factory replacement so I purchased it thinking it would be replaced in a timely manner and 2 weeks later they have one in but it was broken due to them purchasing a used one on Ebay that had plug ports broken off so they said they would find another and this was a month ago I spoke with a manager a few days ago which told me they only budgeted for a $200.00 replacement and a factory new one is $2200.00 was told he had to speak with the owner and would get back to me in a day or 2 so I waited for a call that never came and went back in there today to ask about it and was told it could be another couple weeks and they wouldnt pay more than $200.00 I told him I've been waiting 6 weeks for them to get me a replacement at which time he told me it could be 2 weeks or more before they could do anything and I then asked if I need to speak with an attorney about it and was then told he could not speak with me over the matter any more since the word attorney was brought up. This was an issue that was brought up and they are contracted to fix. This is horrible business practice and I would not recommend this dealership to any one. My advise is to go somewhere else even trying to get a agreed upon and contracted replacement has been a nightmare. I am a dissabled veteran and use the the whole hurry up and wait thing but this is getting rediculous and seems like I'm going to have to speak to an attorney before they do what they agreed to do.

I was the only one that was told the creditors told them to shove it. That no one will help me with a loan. This was 5 days later. They didn't have... the decency to tell me. Just be aware if you don't get a car the day you come in. That they will call you. Look elsewhere. Don't waste your time calling back.

I bought a car with all the extras. It was advertised and sold to me with auto start, navigation system, backup cam, dvd player, and more. I get it home... to find out none of it works. They acted like it was no problem and they'd fix it. They sent me to multiple places to have it looked at and then decided the cost to have it fixed was too much. Just made my 6th payment and my transmission is going out, my brakes need replaced, and I don't even have a working radio.

A week ago I was preapproved for a loan. I show up to sit down with John... who was not enthusiastic at all. Just kind of ran through the motions. As... I was sitting in front of him, he made 3 out going calls trying to bring in prospects. Which is sooooo disrespectful. I understand my credit it not good....but this is a credit repair place... so it was Saturday afternoon and I understand financing takes a minute, so I figured I would get a call Monday with a yes or no. I heard nothing!!!! Not all week. So I called today and got the usual need a cosigner. I make enough money to make a payment... the past is haunting me. A credit repair company should play ball... I will NEVER go back and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. John is a horrible salesman and should be selling insurance over the phone

experience was decent, but shortly after purchase I learned that their warranty is horrible, invest $20,000 of my hard earned cash into what seems to be... a nice pre owned 2015 Cadillac, signed a paper agreeing to maintenance inspection, oil changes, and other inclusive additions discussed, when my co-signer made it up there the next day to sign off on their end of the paperwork due to conflicting work schedules, came home and said they never gave her that and it wasn't included in our carbon copies of the paperwork, shortly within a month after purchase it breaks down on the side of the road due to faulty parts within the coolant system, costing me well over $900 in repairs and towing, with none of it covered by warranty, would not recommend them, sadly. Lets add on more info! After the initial repairs discussed above the vehicle began to overheat again, when notifying the dealership they agreed to look at it, to which they believed it was a warped engine block due to the head gasket they replaced and didn't disclose to me prior to purchase (even when asked for service history at time of purchase). The vehicle had then been in their care for the better part of 2 months, they said they fixed the issue by replacing an O2 sensor, I drove over an hour to get it just for it to overheat as soon as I got home, I took it back the next day, to which they had it another 3 weeks, they tell me they cant replicate it yet again, I come in to get my vehicle and request service records of the gasket they had replaced so I can go to a reputable service center and provide work that has been done so that they can accurately diagnose the problem, when arriving to request my records and ask why the huge mechanical failure they repaired was not reported on the Carfax/Experian AutoChecker, the manager Kurtis said "I don't know what those are or whats supposed to go on them" and then proceeds to tells me "That's none of your business what we did to it before purchase and I don't have to give you those". after an argument about the records I go to leave in my car, when I approach it, it now has parts of the door handle BROKEN off and missing, service history from other shops and paperwork in my backseat STOLEN as well as huge scratches all over the hood, the managers response? "Well it's been sitting here for awhile those things happen", I drove home and immediately pulled into my local Cadillac dealership as my car overheated to seek a remedy from TRUE professionals. This place, and this manager, are the definition of what a Sneaky Car Dealership is all about.. Not disclosing HUGE mechanical failures to the vehicles, hiding that info, and reselling the vehicles at normal prices. be careful when dealing with AutoCenters Herculaneum. BEWARE OF THESE CON ARTISTS.
This issue has been handled, and AutoCenters has exhausted all efforts to locate the issue with the vehicle, diagnose, and repair.
