Bought my current car at Dwayne Lane in Arlington, so in

Bought my current car at Dwayne Lane in Arlington, so in search of a replacement, I went back to that dealership's website looking for a newer version of my vehicle. Dwayne Lane Subaru had what I was looking for, but the salesperson didn't know anything about the car. So he couldn't offer me much help - he also lied to me when I asked him how the car came to them. I asked if it was from a rental car company and he said no - turns out it was, and it was also in an accident - he didn't disclose that either. Luckily, a few things stood out to me and I had a bad feeling about the car, so I walked off the lot, or I could have been stuck with a... bad purchase. It's going to be tough for me to trust ANY Dwayne Lane dealership for a while.

We just purchased our third Outback from Dwane Lane

We just purchased our third Outback from Dwane Lane Skagit Subaru. We have been pleased with all three cars, pleased with the service department and pleased with the sales personnel (Joel). We have found all staff to be courteous, efficient and personable.

Joel the salesman was very pleasant.

Joel the salesman was very pleasant. I asked he not do creepy car salesman stuff, and he didnt! Felt fairly transparent. I would buy another subaru there. Joel worked at making the sale as quick as possible. I enjoyed working with him

They can’t fix their own cars.

They can’t fix their own cars. They can’t fix their own car’s. Brought in my car for bad idle. Cost me 400 dollars and did not fix it.

Was not satisfied with the service dept.

Was not satisfied with the service dept. it was in for an oil change when I left their was I Oil splattered all over the front and hood. Went back and told them what I found and the service rep told me that it would come off and offered to give me a free car wash. Would not take my car to the car wash of their choice. Came home and washed it by hand. The service rep did not even say he was sorry.

I've been getting my 2019 Subaru serviced at Dwayne Lanes

I've been getting my 2019 Subaru serviced at Dwayne Lanes Subaru since we moved to Sedro Woolley a few years ago. I recently upgraded to the new 2025 Forester and received excellent service from Zach. He was a great help! I look forward to my next years with my new SUV and the working with this dealership.
