Since I had my appointment at the dealer this morning I would go through with it and have them do the update, only to arrive and have the Service Rep tell me it will be 2 hours as this is always the case and no clue there was an update. Same with the Service Manager that was unaware and standard practice is to get the vehicle and have the tech search the history for updates and go from there. Stated there was an update but Manager keep saying there will always be updates and one usually in month so why wanting this one and what are you trying to fix? This is not to Fix Anything you Morons only to Update the system so it run smoother ! Service --- F

Can't speak highly enough about Joel Nations from Duane Lane Skagit Mazda Subaru. He seamlessly helped my daughter by her first car from a dealership including taking a lower price than what was asked originally. He made her feel comfortable and gave her a very good deal on a car. Elmer Basabi walked her through the loan process And a helpful and friendly way. Can't speak highly enough about these guys. Thanks for a great job we'll be back.

Great experience, no pressure, mind games, or markups. It was worth the wait after ordering the car and they have a refundable deposit if I were to have changed my mind. The car was detailed perfectly. I never felt they were trying to ‘control’ things and this made the experience better. The only negative is some of the paperwork is almost unreadable and there is very little documentation on the warranty. I do think they will fix this if I ask. Joel went out of his way to help. Prior to this I shopped at numerous dealers and walked away from them. I recommend Dwayne Lane Subaru, especially if you are ordering the car.

After talking with countless retailers about a new Subaru, I found real, direct and no-nonsense detail and pricing on the car with the Dwayne Lane store, specifically via Sharon Chavira who is a total pro. Sharon kept me informed every step of the way and alerted me the minute she found a match. I was slammed with meetings the day Sharon reached out and she maintained communication via text with all the detail I needed, including upfront and fair pricing on both the new Subaru and my trade. Sharon is passionate about matching you to the right car - and I could tell she was working so hard to make the deal work. In this sellers' market where some stores will not acknowledge you when you walk on the lot or worse, not even return your call, Dwayne Lane clearly values its customers and I was always treated with respect. Thank you, Sharon - I will refer my friends and family to you for their future Subarus! You are a class act.

Out of all the cars I've bought over the years (this was the 6th one), I've had the best experience and a very good deal from Dwayne Lane's Skagit Subaru. (I got a Subaru Forester 2021.) I've worked over email with Taylor and Dwayne Lane gave me the best price out of 11 Subaru dealerships I've contacted (from Olympia in the south all the way to Dwayne Lane in the north). Taylor was very accommodating and I felt comfortable working with them, even though (because of market conditions and semiconductor shortages) my new car wouldn't have a VIN number for more than a week, and wouldn't arrive for a few weeks (e.g. I got screenshots from the internal Subaru website confirming the ETA and the identity of the car + I got in advance all the detailed numbers for our deal). Because of how far Dwayne Lane is from me, we discussed the trade-in value only over email and I decided to keep the trade-in (I had higher offers from 2 local dealers + decided in the end to keep the car for my almost-driver-age son). No trade-in meant getting to Dwayne Lane was a bit difficult for me, but I respect their offer and the straightforward way of presenting and discussing the offer. Getting to Dwayne Lane was a bit challenging for me - I ended up taking a Greyhound + a Mount Vernon taxi. I think this was still a good decision given how efficient the overall process was at Dwayne Layne (the time saved getting to Mount Vernon would probably otherwise be wasted negotiating stuff at other dealers). I even managed to get some work done when on the bus. And Jose was very understanding of the distance: offering to mail the license plates once they arrive at the dealership + explaining how the free oil change they offer can be redeemed when I am nearby, at a time convenient to me. Negotiating the Subaru price and the trade-in price was straightforward with Taylor. There were no dealer add-ons I was asked or pressured about, nor any other gimmicks. I was asked about an extended warranty when completing the paper work with Jamie in the finance department, but my rejection was very well taken and we didn't dwell on that at all (in the past other dealerships tried to sow doubt about my understanding of the warranty or criticized/blamed my financial status). Finally, I note that Mount Vernon has the lowest sales tax rate of the 11 Subaru dealerships that I've considered (8.7%).
Professional service - honest and gave me time to make my Own decision at a fair price. Sales staff was courteous and not pushy. Will refer to friends for sure

We used this dealer for service for our 2007 Forester until it was time to trade up to our new Ascent. Services and sales were both great and responsive. We'll be getting our service for the Ascent done here too.
