Found me the vehicle I needed and didn't try to over sell. Buying process was very easy. Sales persons were not overly eager.

Oil change and tire repair

They were very nice to do add on a tire repair when I came in just for a oil change. They got it done in a timely manner. I was disappointed that they didn't wash my car before returning the car to me. I have gone to other car dealerships with my husband's truck to have a oil change and got a washed vehicle in the end.

Buying a Dodge Journey at Anderson dodge

I was very impressed by how polite they were. I wasn?t sure I was going to buy anything that day because I wasn?t sure how my credit was. They worked with me and talked me through every thing it was amazing.

Transmission went out while traveling thru Grand Island on a Saturday night. Had vehicle towed to Anderson dodge dealer . On Monday was told the problem and eventually during the week got a loaner vehicle that we could use. Three weeks later we got our vehicle back. We worked with a Travis in the service department who was the most courteous person.


Hour and 45 for oil change

I had a reservation for oil change. I seen them take my truck out of the bay still took 30 min to come get me. One hour and 45 minutes for an oil change is terrible. New take over, very unorganized. Not like the new owners are new to the job.
