Simply Great Service
Best dealership service of my entire time owing a vehicle (30 odd years). Simply great honest folks. Fast and perfect service. Will not bring my Jeep anywhere else. Highest recommendation.
Incredible service team!
The service here is ridiculously good. The team is incredibly efficient and they go out of their way to keep you updated and informed on the status of your vehicle. This is one of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time!
Fastest service ever
Just needed routine maintenance… made an appt online and showed up at the appt to find Lian had the paperwork ready… took 5 min to check in my car with her. I took my dog for a walk and Loan called less than an hour later to let me know my car was ready. Amazing service.
Kenny is the BEST! I had a nagging problem with squeaky brakes. At first glance it seemed okay, but after taking the to the parking lot, Kenny said it wasn’t okay. After refinishing the front rotors, the noise has gone away. He consistently has taken great care of our cars. He’s a keeper!

Service people try to use scare tsctics to get you to buy adfitional service even though the instructions were explicit as to what was wanted to be done.
Great service, Kenny was very helpful. Only bad thing was the wait time on one of the parts, but not the dealers fault! Would recommend and will most likely use when I purchase my next car.
Great service experience! Ken in service was terrific. Repairs were done on schedule. Repairs came in on estimate. The staff was friendly and attentive. At no point keep me waiting. Exceeded my expectations!
Do not Trust them
I have been in this dealer shop for several times. The quality of the repairs are not as good as its appearance. I had my rotor and pad replaced in this store in June 2019. It squeezed a lot after installation. They told me to drive. I doubted that but I took what they said. In October 2021, the brake is very noisy. I have it checked. Three pads is 8mm. But one pad is only 3mm. And the car drove for only 7000 miles. I talked to the manager who keeping talking one year warranty and rusty. And no people take responsibility for the bad pad. What's more, in January 2017, they cheated me that my latch was stuck by glass.
Work on Jeep
Raul is very informative about your car situation. Lets you know what needs to be done and explains in detail. Very friendly and kind, doesn't rush you off. As long s you you stay straight forward with the client they will come back. Oh and they didn't have a courtesy car but had us dropped of by an Uber which I fine. Thanks for the ride to and from didn't want to be stranded.
