Waited for 30 min, nobody acknowledged us
Came in to buy a car. I was talking to internet manager through emails. Walked in, receptionist said please seat down and someone will be with you shortly. 30 min later nobody even asked if we needed help. They ( sales associates) were looking at us but nobody approached us or anything. Guess we weren't looking rich enough or something. So we left. I am not coming back. I am easily able to spend $30000 on a car but I guess they didn't want my money. Not the experience I expected after reading all the nice reviews online. Very disappointed
Not even worth trying
Went to buy a used pickup that Griener had advertised. Planned to pay cash. The “Deal” that they gave me was $125 more than the advertised price. Salesman was knowledge and polite. Sales manager was abrasive and arrogant. I drove down the street and purchased a very similar pickup for a much better price with no hassle.
