Spreen Mazda

This review is overdue. I've purchased 2 cars from Spreen Mazda. A Mazda 6 in 2021 and a Mazda 3 in 2023. The Mazda 6 transaction was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had, and I've purchased a lot of cars. The Mazda 3 purchase took a bit longer because the car wasn't at the dealership when we purchased it. But Jimmy did a great job at problem solving. Stephanie, Ezekiel, Jimmy - Everyone was really great to work with. Also Bill in the service department is fantastic. Great service overall! In the future, if we decide to buy a Mazda again, we will come to Spreen Mazda!

My name is Miguel and I just want to say these guys at Spreen Honda are nothing but liars. They sent me a written quote with an out the door price and they decided not yo honor it. Not only did they decide not yo honor the written quote they had sent me but hey told me that if I wanted to buy the car from them I would have to also purchase some type of Dealer markup or addendum like an alarm or paint protection that by the way cost an additional 995 each. Spreen Mazda will only waste your time and will not honor the price they quote you. I rgive Spreen Mazda zero stars.i ended up buying my Mazda from Puente Hills Mazda they gave me a better price and they did ho ored what was promised to me. Next time anyone needs a car I suggest buying your Mazda from Puente Hills Mazda. STAY AWAY FROM SPREEN MAZDA AND THEIR STAFF JIMMY. DIEGO AND SPECIALLY MATT THE MANAGER

Gracie was wonderful! The deal is great and Jimmy and Matt were great to deal with. The Finance guy was great and I already forgot his name. He made laugh quite a few times.
