We stopped in because nobody else even has any cars....

We stopped in because nobody else even has any cars. Their lot was full. As we entered the lot the first car we saw was the Uplander. My wife and I thought that’s very nice but we could never afford that one. Two hours later we own one. What a nice efficient process. The staff was very courteous and considerate of our time. Thank you very much Jenkins Mitsubishi and thank you Dominic and Andrew!!!!!!!!!

I could easily say, i had the best experience ever in a car dealer!. I live in South Florida and i was driving around Tampa Area looking for cars. I found Jenkins Mitsubishi in Lakeland, FL on google and i stopped by and met Robert Shafar, the Sales Agent who took the best care of me! Robert went above and beyond with every detail that made me choose his dealer as the best option for me! I live 250 miles away and I even took a flight from Miami to go there and close the deal. I have plenty of dealers around where i live but Rob and the service provided by his entire team made the long trip worth! Thanks All!

Sales rep., John Wyniger, did an excellent job! He was very thorough, kind, and thoughtful! Dom did a great job as well. However, I should have asked more questions during the credit approval process and signing of papers with Dom. Completely my fault!! The paperwork is very overwhelming. I really didn't realize that I had purchased extra warrantee protection until I got home and reviewed the bill. I thought that I was signing for the Mitsubisihi warrantee that came with the new vehicle, not an additional warrantee. I don't believe I was offered the warrantee as an option, it was just assumed that I was buying it. I'm not blaming anyone but myself for not looking closer at the bill. As I said, it's overwhelming. I believe this is why I failed to note the added price. I called Dom the following day. He took the time to explain everything to me! One more comment that I wanted to make. A few months back, I was having service done to the Mitsubishi that I traded in. One of your mechanics (he was driving my car) and I was taking a test ride in my vehicle. The reason being, I had heard a squeak sound coming from the bottom after a recall part had been replaced. While exiting your side parking lot, a lady driving a Napa truck entered the parking lot and smashed into the front passenger side of my vehicle. I believe if the new cars hadn't been parked so close the the entrance and blocking the view of exiting traffic, the accident would have been prevented. When I purchased my new car last week at your dealership, I noticed that the cars were still parked close to the entrance blocking the view from incoming traffic. You might want to clear this area of cars. Just a suggestion. Thanks again for a good experience with the sale!! We are very happy with the new Outlander!!!
