Great experience! I didn't feel pressured or rushed as I looked at many models while making the best decision for our family and budget. I appreciate the kindness I experienced from everyone I encountered.

Untrained staff and generally poor customer service. The...

Untrained staff and generally poor customer service. The sales team needs to be trained by management to respond to and accurately answer customer questions. It is insulting to have dealt with 5-6 different people on one transaction because none of the information was consistent to include the internet quote! Customers should not be made to feel as though the dealer kickbacks are more important than the money the customer is spending!. Added to which we were lied to about the status of our second car key ( which we now have to drive 100 miles round too return for). This is a business not daycare. Geez. First the key was being retrieved then it was ‘damaged’ and then we were told it was lost. How do you sell a new vehicle and lose the car key and lie to the customer about it? We had to call 6 times to get a response about the missing key. Does the lemon law apply to staff? Seriously. Unprofessional. Josh was the trainee with the most helpful attitude and kind disposition. The rest? Perhaps they should look for employment in places that don’t require them to make actual decisions when people are spending $18,000+. This was our second time here since 2017 and this experience was terrible. I will be writing to Mitsubishi corporate office to file a complaint. This was simply, unacceptable.

Wilson was amazing No pressure sales. Very personable and overall great experience. Even after the sale is done he is still helping and going above and beyond. Sean also was amazing and very helpful

Horrible place.

Worst place in Tampa bay go to anyone else. They do nothing but lie. Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Save your self the heart ache and don’t bother with them.

Eugene great to work with. Need better communication when warranty parts arrive. Mine were sent back because I didn’t know they were in. This survey is confusing. Top says rating this service center (not dealership that involves sales). But you have sales and sales people listed who are involved in the dealership and not the service center. Therefor the bottom ratings; customer service, friendly, quality, price does not state which party I am rating. I rate the dealership and the purchase experience and follow up as horrible but rate the service/maintenance department as excellent. Please fix survey to be more area specific. Sales staff should not be listed if rating service Dept.

As a matter of fact, I have nothing but kind words to say about the whole sales dept. everyone that day was very friendly and helpful to us. Marie was very polite and she understood the issue i was having and was able to get it corrected also had a nice set of factory fog lights installed on my mirage G4.. My opinion this is a great dealer with outstanding people even the sales people are very nice 100% recommend this dealer and if your going in for service ask for marie
