They really refused to lose a customer. They did...

They really refused to lose a customer. They did everything in their power to come to an agreement and make a deal. We have been car shopping for a while and we actually walked out Jenkins Mitsubishi with a brand new car.

Hidden fees and games

Called and tried to buy a autotrader listed vehicle but was met with a price $4k over listing.... even after negotiations they couldn’t explain $700 of additional fees and then got disrespectful when I asked... they said they gave me a good deal

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Internet price even after the listed disclaimers was $3k above list and couldn’t explain the last $700. Dealt with lenin and mark. Buyer beware

Steal of a deal.

I should be ashamed of myself for getting the deal I got (but I'm not, of course). Best trade-in value I have gotten, and I got the car I wanted at an excellent price. James Anthony was laid back and easy to talk to, as were the other staff members at the dealership.

Very Good Experience

The service in this dealership is exceptional... I bought a new Mitsubishi Outlander en 2019 and I am very happy with it. Never had any problems.
