Timing is everything!

Timing is everything! They did a good job.There were a few bubbles in the repaint job when I checked my vehicle after getting it from the shop, just a bit concerned that it will rust too quickly.

Absolutely would recommend to friend and family jerkin mitsubishi. A very good experience purchase at Mitsubishi outlander 2023. The Sales person who took care of me it was Wilson Clark. He was very helpful good customer service explain everything about the vehicle. Especially what I like about him that it was no pressure. I went to the dealer because I purchased 4 tires and my other mitsubishi 2017 outland And he had guarantee on the tires. And I was just looking around . When Clark asked me and my husband if we needed any help. We just told him that we were just looking. My husband saw one vehicle and he really liked it. So that's when we started talking to Mr. Clark About the vehicle. Mitsubishi 2017 was paid off and I love that never had any problems. It was in good condition so I traded and came out with a 2023. Outlander. Excited and happy thanks so much Wilson Clark and all the family team member of Jenkins for making it happen..... It's a pleasure making business. Lisette Ribot Hernandez....

Rough Start but Turned out Great!

Rough Start but Turned out Great! We love our new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SE! Overall, I had a nice experience purchasing at Jenkins Nissan. The internet representative, Tara, was friendly and helpful. The first sales person I talked to on the phone acted uninterested after I told him I wasn't prepared to buy that night. Also, due to work, I arrived 35 minutes before closing time and I was made aware in more ways than one that I was inconveniencing the only sales person available. The same sales person I talked to on the phone. Arriving and parking can be confusing because things are not clearly marked and the back of the building is dated and in need of repairs. There are also many automobiles sitting to the side in rough shape that gives the north side of the lot a scrap yard vibe. Needless to say, I went somewhere else and was not coming back. A few days later Tara Theiss, the internet representative, reached out again. After learning of my experience, and that I was talking to another Mitsubishi Dealership, she apologized and put me in contact with the Manager of the Sales Department, Dave. Dave is great and was as patient and helpful as if he was my Sales person. I went back and I am so glad I did. My new Sales Person was Ninoshka Torres (Nino). Nino was kind, patient and helpful. Nino and the Sales Manager, Dave Ashmore, were both friendly and they helped me find the perfect SUV for my family. Sean Wilson and Jose' Dean both worked hard to earn my business by working out a deal that I felt good about. Jose', the Finance Manager, was forward and honest without acting arrogant or condescending like some other dealerships can be. When I returned, a few days later, with a decision on which SUV I wanted, James Sheffield finished the finance portion of the deal with no issues, even though he wasn't previously involved. I typically dread the meeting in the finance room but it was smooth sailing with James. I am thankful that I could drive away with such a nice SUV and feel good about the deal I received as well. Concerning the rough looking lot, Nino said they are starting a remodel and they already started replacing the furniture inside. I am proud to own the new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SE! I would definitely recommend Nino, James and the Jenkins Mitsubishi Team to anyone looking for a new automobile. Sincerely, Matthew

Ninoshka Torres was awesome!

Ninoshka Torres was awesome! One thing I would change is the delivery fee. The sticker price includes the fee and the worksheet has it again so the customer is being charged twice for the same fee.
