We brought our car in to get serviced as it broke down due to engine failure. Luckily, this was covered by #Warranty as this is a defect in Hyundai engines during certain years. However, the communication was terrible. We never once heard from them during the course of the repairs, and Anthony refused to take our calls. All we needed was reassurance that they were working on it from him and to let us know that what the timeline would be in person he was pretty dismissive. I feel sorry for the secretary who had to do all the work in communicating. The service representatives are very smug.

I went in for a scheduled oil change and to adjust the FCA system. Everything was covered by Hyundai. I had a coffee and snack in the waiting room. I brought a magazine to read (about cars, of course). Time flew by. Life is good.

This dealership sold me a vehicle that had collision damage and hid it from me and now I am stuck with a wrecked car and they will do nothing about it. The Carfax came back clean and all they told me to do is file a claim with that company instead of making it right. I emailed the general manager about the issue and received no response.
