I just want to say the service was great. Daniel even fixed the lain centering to work better in the cars computer, Thank You. With the new P26A3 coolant Valve my outback is heating up much faster the any of the last Subaru car I've had. and the Auto climate control is right on now. Thanks Dan and all. They text me about that the showing for the vehicle was available on Friday. We confirmed the visit for Saturday. I text them 75 minutes prior to my arrival and they confirmed "yes we will see you then". Arrived and spent 10 min at the dealership to be told the vehicle was sold 20 min prior to my arrival. I drove 2 hr 48 min (one way). Had to drive back 2 hr 48 min back home. No return call while on was on the road it was sold. No one apologize about the issue. They even tried to sell me a different vehicle that I was not interested. I would not recommend. Avoid this dealership.

I gave Janesville Subaru a 3 out of 5 for the following reasons: 1) As far as the 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan I purchased from Janesville Subaru, I believe I got a good to fair deal based on what other dealerships were asking. With that I am happy. 2) The car was presented to me very clean condition. I found no issued with it. 3) Tony, our salesman, was straight forward and did not pressure us at all. Two thumbs up to Tony. 3) Janesville Subaru lost 3 stars on my review because of the paperwork signing process. As with most dealerships, the signing process goes very quickly. They try to sell you several add-on services and build them into the loan. I verbally made it clear that I did not want any of these add-on services. Then they brought me into another room where I was video taped while signing everything. Still a $399 anti-theft policy still appeared in the loan paperwork. Since I signed the loan paperwork, I am legally obligated to pay for this add-on that I verbally made clear I did not want. I hope that this will help other buyers avoid the mistake I made. I can’t help but conclude that this add-on was purposely “snuck” into the loan. If I had read the paperwork more carefully and caught the add-on, I'd be quite happy now. But I trusted their verbal word. I emailed them regarding this and have not heard back yet. Sincerely, Greg Pibal
Love my Subaru. Bought my first one in 2020 and was in an accident as a person ran a red light. Air bags went off and saved myself and my granddaughter from major injury. I am completely sold on the safety of a Subaru and will not buy anything else.

FALSE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING
Absolutely false advertising they advertise a legacy for 26,458 wen a call they assured me they have the car, by the time I got there the car was sold beforethe car arrived os wahta guysaid, and they showed me the same car but a totally different price,
