The problem is not consistent. Sometimes the heat syncs side to side when not wanted. Wife continually has to adjust her side. Then there are times... when it works fine.

A punctured sidewall changed my day. A local Rockford tire shop said they could order the tire and have it available in a day or two. They also said I... would need to replace both tires on the axle in order to not damage the transmission. I called Janesville Subaru, they had the tire in stock and at a lower price than the national tire dealer I talked with. They got me in and out in minimal time. They also said given the current tread of the tires, I would only need one tire. Honest, fast, helpful.

Everyone was great! Got the car we wanted, (they had to look for it from another dealership) and was pleasantly surprises when we got more features than... requested, and at a price way lower than we expected! The facilities could have had vending machines for coffee and snacks though.
I researched several dealerships and was happy I chose to make my purchase at Janesville Subaru. No pressure sales staff who really know their product!... My original choice was the Outback, but my spouse was not comfortable (very long legs) so I tried the Forester and we both love it!

After setting on price dealer demanded $300 for extra passive car theft insurance. I crossed it off and it still ended up on final paperwork. Dealer... stated they had already purchased and installed the insurance system - non negotiable. As I read up on the policy it’s a complete scam - nothing regular VIN numbers installed on cars would already provide. Very disappointed. Surprised you would impose an extra stolen car insurance fee at closing. I’ll be letting my colleagues know not to frequent your business. Had a very positive experience before closing - very disappointing.
