    I have to say, I've been beyond dismayed and disappointed with this dealership and its utter lack of service. I bought a certified pre-owned Ford... Fusion Energi last week. Specifically, I bought the Titanium model--this is the more expensive one with all of the features. Apart from being shuffled around without anyone telling me exactly what was happening, which lead to sitting in an empty office without a clue what was happening, the vehicle I purchased has a couple of issues and despite numerous follow-ups, I've been quite unsuccessful in getting them to take responsibility for it. The car has batteries and you're supposed to be able to schedule charges so you're not using electricity at the more expensive rate. There's also supposed to be an app that works with the vehicle. Both of these features are broken and the charging feature was supposedly inspected by them, prior to selling it--at least that's what their documentation states. I reached out to Ford to fix the issue and they told me they won't help me until I update the software. I went to my local dealership to fix this since DCH is nearly an hour away. They wanted to charge me at least $150 for the update--absurd considering I just purchased it and they were supposed to have fixed it ahead of time. I reached out to DCH and after several days and attempts, I've been unsuccessful.

    I have purchased other cars from DCH when I lived in NJ and Always had a pleasant buying experience. When I needed a car in CA, I went to DCH Ford of Thousand... Oaks, where they provided me with the same, courteous, transparent and pleasant buying experience. My son loves his new Mustang.     I found one of their vehicles online, and since they were more than 50 miles from my house, proved to be very helpful in getting the numbers together enough... that I felt comfortable going up there, knowing what I would be paying, as well as receiving for my trade-in. The experience at the dealership was great, and it took less than 2 hours from start to finish. Thanks again for everything!
