1st things first: ismael mendez soltero you are a waste of space, time and effort! you have poor communication skills, you need to stop lying to customers and you need to do your job as a sales person! i requested from you 2 times for some detailed pictures of the car and you never did. i was driving in from 6 hours out and did not want any surprises vehicle damage. also you said you were going to be there sunday morning 10am and you weren't even there. im glad you weren't there because you dont deserve the commission sales from my purchase! i drove 6 hours to make the purchase of this 2015 infiniti qx80. i got there at 10am, sales person noah greeted me and immediately asked to help me out. we test drove the vehicle and came back in to do paperwork. i was out of there by 12:30 and on the road heading home. easiest in and out transaction ever!! overall very satisfied with sales person noah, sales manager and finance manager. they mad it so easy! thanks again you guys for the great purchase experience! except for ismael mendez saltero

How could an Authorized Ford dealer charge a customer double the price on a car. Doesn't matter how special.. Bottom line.. it shows you how important their customer really are!!! Should never buy from DHC..
Go someplace better--anywhere else would be better
I have to say, I've been beyond dismayed and disappointed with this dealership and its utter lack of service. I bought a certified pre-owned Ford Fusion Energi last week. Specifically, I bought the Titanium model--this is the more expensive one with all of the features. Apart from being shuffled around without anyone telling me exactly what was happening, which lead to sitting in an empty office without a clue what was happening, the vehicle I purchased has a couple of issues and despite numerous follow-ups, I've been quite unsuccessful in getting them to take responsibility for it. The car has batteries and you're supposed to be able to schedule charges so you're not using electricity at the more expensive rate. There's also supposed to be an app that works with the vehicle. Both of these features are broken and the charging feature was supposedly inspected by them, prior to selling it--at least that's what their documentation states. I reached out to Ford to fix the issue and they told me they won't help me until I update the software. I went to my local dealership to fix this since DCH is nearly an hour away. They wanted to charge me at least $150 for the update--absurd considering I just purchased it and they were supposed to have fixed it ahead of time. I reached out to DCH and after several days and attempts, I've been unsuccessful.
I had a recall, took opportunity to change oil and tire rotation. Not problem in getting done. Professional service
