Logan was great to work with. He worked hard to help us get financing when we needed a vehicle quickly due to a major breakdown of our primary family car. That was 3 years ago and we still have the vehicle! Would definitely purchase there again!

I have never felt so heard and understood when looking for a car or trying to trade in a current vehicle before. Josh went above and beyond to understand my circumstances and find the path for me that is better for my present and future. He saw me as a person and not as a sale which made any hesitation, doubt or worry go away and I walked away with such a solid experience that will keep this dealership at the top of my list for as long as I am buying cars!

I was looking across the states for a "vintage" car that was hard to find. I found it at Point Auto. Josh and Logan were excellent in answering all of my questions and concerns long distance. They were very timely in their response to emails, texts, and phone calls. They provided excellent customer service! Once it came to negotiating a price, Josh was very willing and helpful; the purchase transaction was seamless. The next step was getting the car to Oregon. They assured me that they could work with any car carrier and make it happen. I basically bought the car sight unseen with the exception of photos. (I did hire a mobile mechanic to check the car out for me.) I had to trust Point Auto that they would be good on their word. Upon arrival, I found the car was exactly as they presented it to be and was just what I expected! Josh even followed up it's arrival by checking in with me as to how it was going with the car. I highly recommend Point Auto for your next used car purchase!

The staff here was wonderful and they had reasonable prices on their cars. Pointe Auto is definitely somewhere we will be returning when we are in the hunt for another vehicle! God bless you guys for making a difficult time a little easier :) Although we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for this time around, you never made me feel pressured about buying something that didn't quite "fit" us. A lot of nice vehicles to choose from and you guys are very respectful!!! Thank you!!! :)

Awesome experience! It was an easy and quick process. Josh was our sales rep and as soon as we got there he came out to greet us. He was easy to talk to, honest, and hilarious! The whole buying process was quick and the quality of the car was awesome. Couldnt ask for anything more from a dealer! After searching for almost a month for a reliable used car at a good price, we happened upon Point Auto and found a couple cars in our price range. The two cars we test drove had a couple issues but they assured us that those issues were going to be repaired within the week. Considering every other place told us they wouldn't repair anything or would just add the cost of repairs onto the car, this was amazing! Long story short, we got our car, it got its repairs in less than a week, and with that sort of service and great deals, I would suggest Point Auto to anyone looking for a good used car!

We recently purchased a 2005 Subaru Legacy Outback from this dealer. The purchase was simple and straightforward. Kind/courteous service, personable staff. 6 days after our purchase we had a repair that needed completed, and they worked with their mechanic who had recently corrected the same issue (steering pump) prior to our purchase. Issue was corrected with ease, under warranty. We were very pleased with the responsiveness of everyone involved.
