    We are a Subaru family and we purchased a pre-owned Forester from Randy to add to our 2002 Subaru Forester which my 17-year old daughter will now drive.... We went to a couple of other Subaru dealerships before heading to Subaru Orange Coast. This guy Randy comes out to greet us and I'm thinking, ok here we go with the high-pressure sales tactics. But Randy was polite, laid back and unassuming. I felt comfortable with him right away. I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Randy!

    We had a wonderful buying a car experience at Subaru Orange Coast. Randy Smith knows his product very well. He is very professional. Me, my wife, my son... and his girlfriend were happy that we chose Subaru OC. Most of all, we got the dark blue 2019 SubaruForester Sport .

    I would like to say thank you all for helping me out in getting my new car. It was an awesome experience and fun as well. But most of all, I would like... to thank Randy Smith for being Awesome. To be honest, I was kinda nervous and scared, not sure what will happen. You made me and my family feel comfortable and safe in a way that we will be treated with honesty and respect.     As a new Outback owner, I couldn’t be happier with the car or with the salesman I worked with, Randy Smith. He was friendly, well-informed, and totally... professional in every way. He followed up regularly during my week-long decision process while checking out other alternatives, but was never too pushy - he was friendly, patient, and showed a genuine desire to be helpful. Best car salesman I’ve ever encountered!

    I have a tendency to rant about things that are too good so this is my story about getting my second wrx. My first Subaru WRX got totaled (not my fault,... it was it while park) about 2 months ago. After finally getting my insurance check all I wanted to do was get back in another WRX. I got in touch with Subaru Orange Coast Sunday night at 6:57 and they close at 7. Instead of telling me to call back in the morning Randy gave me his number and we worked out most of the details that night. As I'm new to California and wasn't sure how I would get to Santa Ana from Burbank with no car, Randy offered to send somebody to come get me. I left Orange Coast Subaru extremely happy. My first Subaru WRX 2015 (Wrxamillion) had 28555 mi on it. My second Subaru WRX 2018 (still need a name) has 15555 mi on it and a awesome 7 year 100k warranty. I might be a Subaru Enthusiast because I bought two in one year first on 8-13-18 second on 8-12-19 but anyone with thoughts of joining the subie nation I would highly recommend Subaru Orange Coast! So again let me just say thanks to Randy and my man in the financial office whose name Escapes me at the moment. If i evee need another subie i know who to call.

    I was looking for a Subaru as my next car and I wasn't sure if I wanted to get a Crosstrek or a Forester. As my boyfriend and I were browsing the lot,... Randy came up to help us. We test drove a Forester and Crosstrek, both CPO. Randy was very helpful during both of the test drives, answering all of our questions about each vehicle. I preferred the Forester, but I still wasn't ready to make my final decision. I went home and did some more research, crunched some more numbers, and we went back to the dealership the following Tuesday evening. This time, I wanted to check out a CPO Forester premium as well as the new 2019 Crosstrek and 2019 Forester. Randy let us drive each one, not rushing us in any way. He explained all of the new features on the 2019s that aren't on the 2016 CPOs I was test driving before. Randy was very knowledgeable on each of the vehicles. I had enjoyed the 2019 Crosstrek because it was a little bigger than the CPO Crosstrek I had tried before, but ultimately I decided on the Forester. Now I had to choose between new or CPO, and I just wasn't ready to make my final decision that night. The next day I had finally come to a conclusion, and I wanted the CPO Subaru Forester premium model. The only problem was that Randy was off that day, and since it was a CPO, it may not last long. I told Randy that I was ready and he came to the dealership on his day off to help us! Randy was there for us every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, professional, and caring during each visit. Most of all, he was very patient with us. I would definitely recommend Orange Coast Subaru and especially Randy! I couldn't be more happy with my Forester!!

    We just purchased a brand new Subaru Outback with the help Michael Robles! Initially, we headed to Subaru Irvine and didn't like the vibes driving into... the lot. So thanks to our trusty Yelp, we headed over to the next Subaru location over in Santa Ana. Michael R. made our 1st trip to this dealership so flawless that we decided to buy our car that night! We thank him for helping us find our new family car for the right price, and with the exact features we were looking for. If you ever come to this location, ask for Michael Robles! You can trust him to give you honest feedback and also great laughs to make your car shopping a stress free experience!

    My visit to Subaru Orange Coast was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. It is easy to tell the difference when the workers at dealerships... are just trying to get you to buy a car and when they actually care about their customers and all of their wants and needs. That being said, we received exceptional care and treatment from Randy who is an internet sales director there. It was obvious that he really cared about his customers and developing personal connections. If you ever make a visit to this dealership, I highly recommend going in and asking for Randy to help you out! As a 20 year old looking for a new car, I got a lot of disrespect as many of the workers at other dealerships looked at me as if I didn't know anything and did not take my questions and input as seriously as my parents or other adults. When I got to Subaru Orange Coast, my family was greeted by Randy who treated both me and my family with the utmost respect. Not only was he easy to talk to and relatable from a college student's perspective, but when it came down to business with all of the financing and paperwork, he was very professional and made sure everything was understood. It is hard to come across a dealership full of such hardworking and personable people. I look forward to keep on receiving care and service from Subaru Orange Coast!

    Just bought our new car at Subaru Orange Coast and had a great experience working with Randy Smith. We're those annoying buyers who over-research everything,... run all the numbers through spreadsheets and get advice on car forums. We became interested in the Ascent and this dealership had the most in stock nearby at the time, so Randy helped us learn more about the model and get one out for a test drive. We were worried about the height and if it would fit into our garage, and Randy drove one over so we could test it out. Then we had to spend a few weeks deciding on the color and the packages we wanted, and Randy remained patient and helpful. Then we spent a few weeks crunching the numbers and haggling on price - and STILL Randy was patient, matched competing prices, and had the exact vehicle we wanted. Oh yeah, and then we changed our minds on the color. LOL. My husband must have texted Randy a dozen different times over a month or two - like I said, we're THOSE customers. But we were finally able to pull the trigger and buy a new car thanks to Randy's calm, non-pushy, and highly responsive nature. And we love our new Subaru!
