    Excellence in service, and professional courtesy. Car was washed, and sanitized. My keys were given back in a plastic bag clean and sanitize. The work... was done timely.

    Mr Hemant Saraiya was courteuos and professional. He explained nicely the reason for my waiting time of about 3 hours for regular servicing of my car.... Although I could understand, prolong waiting should be avoided.

    I lease a 2018 Tacoma and it has been a recall 4 times the most recent for a low pressure fuel pump 20TB02. NO REMEDY for this problem Toyota looking into... it. Was told by lia to drive locally no long trips car could stall or at highway drive risk of crash. Lease per month 460.00 have leased five .previous cars from lia for my wife this is my first new truck .attention to this matter by lia unacceptable and they really didn't care. I drive my grandchildren who live in Conn.and my wife which is disabled dont need for my new truck to crap out somewhere. I'm 70 years old just wanted to lease a another Toyota truck not for anyone to eat the lease. I would not recommend this dealer.once they got you your on your own

    Hello Mr Nedwick, I would like to apologize for any poor service you received during your recent visit to our dealership. In talking with you it in m...y understanding you came into the sales department on Monday 25May2020 looking to get out of your current vehicle and into another vehicle due to the outstanding fuel pump related recall. As per our conversation I have spoken with our sales manager and she will be in contact with you to see how we can arrange this. As your current vehicle is a lease that's less then 2 years old it may be difficult to accomplish but we will do everything within our power to try and make this happen. In the mean time we will keep you posted on the outstanding recall and notify you when Toyota releases a fix.
