Nick the salesman has poor customer service skills. Avoid this place. My husband suffered two strokes recently and he hasn't been himself. His only wish was to get a new Jeep Wrangler, Hummer, or a Ford Raptor. He's been searching online for a couple of weeks. This place had the 3 cars he was looking for. We called and went in to test drive the Raptor. It was in rough shape so my husband wanted to test drive the Wrangler and Hummer. The young new sales guy was very nice. But Nick was a jerk right off the bat. I know any dealer would not want folks to come in and test drive multiple cars. But he judged us by the book immediately and said, "I thought you want to buy the Wrangler? Now you want to test drive the Hummer? Are you financing? Cash deal?" It's not what he said but how he said it that made a lasting ugly impression. If I didn't care about my husband's health and happiness this place would NEVER get a penny from me! I'd give this place zero stars. Way to go to show a new salesman how to treat customers, Nick. I refused to be in their "sold" photo. I will purchase my new Jeep Wrangler from a dealer who does not judge customers.

Primary Auto Group is one of those rare places where you really feel at home. Honesty and integrity come to mind when I am dealing with them. I have never felt jerked around but always treated with respect. That's the reason I plan to buy my third Jeep from them. After doing business with someone for 4 years you get to know them pretty well. When I first found them I had been to several other jeep stores and when I got to Primary it was a completely different world in a GOOD way. I personally wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I have had family members and friends go to Primary and all came away with the same feeling. To anyone looking for a Jeep, regardless of where you are located take this country boy's advice and go to Primary. Nick is the best there is hands down. It's well worth the drive.

We drove down from Nashville and boy was it worth the drive. More NICE Jeeps in one place than I've ever seen. Nick and Clint are very knowledgeable and helpful. Got a great deal.
