There are pros and cons with all car dealers. But lets begin with the cons and finish with the pros. Actually there is not much on the negative side of Grateful Motors. I have sold cars twice in my lifetime so I looked for certain things but with a Lincoln MKX there are so many bells and whistles you just can't find everything. The windshield washers did not work and they were repaired immediately. The auto -head lights do not work and I was told they would call around to see what they could do but that was never done. I guess that is the only real negative. After inspecting the tires before I bought the vehicle, I knew I had to buy new tires and I have done so. There are some other things that do not work (and I didn't catch before buying) but no big deal. The best part about Grateful Motors is the buying experience. Scott is the owner and I believe he is an honest man. Do not be afraid to buy a used car here. When I took the car for a test drive by myself, all that Scott said was, "I'll see you when you get back." Without completely finishing the paperwork that day, I drove the car home. That was trust on Scott's part. He and I basically visited for several minutes and I agreed to purchase the 2009 Lincoln MKX. This is a nice car - rides great. It's not perfect but let's remember the car is nearly 9 years old.
