I never heard back from them. I submit an email and did not receive a reply. I call twice and no one answered the phone. Not sure if they are on vacation or this is standard for this company.

I came to Tucker Chevy from about 45 minutes away looking for a specific car I found online. The price was great, trade in value was good, and customer service was impeccable. There was a minor mix up with the keys and I was compensated for my time and my gas in resolving it. I would highly recommend Tucker Chevy and I would definitely buy from them again.
