I researched cars on line to learn about features and prices. I decided on the Kia Soul base model, but needed to check comfort, space, driving experience,... etc. Kevin, the salesman, listened to my wants, provided exactly what I asked for and didn't bother trying to upsell me. I looked over the vehicle and took it for a test drive and found it acceptable. Back at the dealer, the first price they offered was about $4000 over true value. I presented my research and counterbid between the low end price and mid range price. With my documentation, they came back with a price a little under the midrange, which I accepted. The process was relatively painless. However, like all dealers, they are going to try to increase their profit by overcharging and selling service contracts, undercoating, etc. Always do your homework first . If I didn't know the approximate value going in, I would have paid far too much. So far, the car is excellent and I'm very pleased with it. The dealership is better than most and I'm grateful that they didn't try to use high pressure to make a sale. Pricing was transparent with no hidden expenses popping up at the end.
We hesitated to take our car there because we are new to the area. To our pleasant surprise, our car was completely and fairly serviced. Their prices are... competitive. They also accept Synchrony credit as an alternate payment method. We highly recommend them. Ask for JR Martin. He's the best!
Service technicians have been so polite and curious.... The dealer has seemed to do a total turn around lately and I can't say one thing bad about this... visit except that they recommend that you don't get your car washed there because the brushes have been scratching up the new cars finish. Make sure you fill out your Kia surveys and get parts and services at a discount or comps.
I was looking for a new vehicle and instally, someone helped me find the perfect car. Even took me step by step on getting insurance and wasn't pushing... on trying to buy the car.
I tell everyone if they have not drove a Kia then they do not know what driving is.
