I sent a request yesterday asking for the drive-out price on a Kia Telluride. This morning a young lady called me to follow up. I asked again for the... price, and a minute or two later (without being put on hold) a man picked up the phone. He may have said he was a sales manager; I didn't catch his name. He told me in his fast-talking, domineering, used-car-salesman-way that Tellurides are a commodity and that this dealership can only talk to people in person and see if the finances line up. (I am already approved for $34k through Kia financing and we will pay cash for the rest.) As I understand it, Tellurides are still vehicles that need to be sold, and they can be ordered. However, I told the gentleman that I'd like to see the drive-out price in writing and would not be visiting the dealership - which is hours from me - until I had that information. He told me to have a good day and hung up. Following this unacceptable behavior I called the dealership back to talk to the General Manager. The gentleman I talked to that time, Charlie, said they don't open until 9 (also a lie), put me on hold, and then hung up on me. He wasn't even aware of who I was or why I was calling. Why is this dealership so reluctant to provide an honest price? It seems as though their intention is to be as deceptive and aggressive as possible, and if we are not candidates for being pushed around then they don't want to do business with us. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

This is my fourth Kia in five years. Veronica Davis was my salesperson. Not only was Veronica knowledgeable about the product she was selling, she was... very personable and friendly. We found it very easy to talk with her and she made sure we understood every aspect of our purchase. I feel she went over and beyond. I give her an A+. Also Kevin Boykin took us for a test drive in the auto, and oversaw the detailing of the car. He was also a pleasure to be around. As an added bonus, after talking with Kevin, we realized he was a cousin. I would recommend Fayetteville Kia to all of my family and friends! Oops! Can't forget Leland Fuller. I researched cars on line to learn about features and prices. I decided on the Kia Soul base model, but needed to check comfort, space, driving experience,... etc. Kevin, the salesman, listened to my wants, provided exactly what I asked for and didn't bother trying to upsell me. I looked over the vehicle and took it for a test drive and found it acceptable. Back at the dealer, the first price they offered was about $4000 over true value. I presented my research and counterbid between the low end price and mid range price. With my documentation, they came back with a price a little under the midrange, which I accepted. The process was relatively painless. However, like all dealers, they are going to try to increase their profit by overcharging and selling service contracts, undercoating, etc. Always do your homework first . If I didn't know the approximate value going in, I would have paid far too much. So far, the car is excellent and I'm very pleased with it. The dealership is better than most and I'm grateful that they didn't try to use high pressure to make a sale. Pricing was transparent with no hidden expenses popping up at the end.
We hesitated to take our car there because we are new to the area. To our pleasant surprise, our car was completely and fairly serviced. Their prices are... competitive. They also accept Synchrony credit as an alternate payment method. We highly recommend them. Ask for JR Martin. He's the best!
