I bought a 2015 jeep renagade latitude a year in a half ago. First week check engine cane up took back to the dealer they held my jeep for 3 month. After that same ship happened took it back now we 5 month in a the jeep I've driven it only two week. Here we are a yr in a half later we still have same problem call the dealer again and ask for Kevin the use car dealer a week ago no reply yet so don't buy a car there they sold me a lemon and no one wants to help me meanwhile the payment on the loan I a up to date so go bucks yourself for selling me a lemon.

My salesperson Roberto Aguilera was extremely knowledgeable. He knew all the extras that came with each model of the Jeep Wrangler. He spent plenty of time going over every question I asked about.

Long term customer, bought multiple vehicles here (Dennis is the sales guy we use). We use service for the vehicles. Always good service. They forgot to apply a coupon to my bill, one call and a check was waiting for me. Couldn't ask for more. Treat me right, and I'm a customer for life.

purchased a Jeep from Norristown In August 2023 and wanted to return it. I signed the deal on 5:00 on a Saturday and called at 9:00 on that Monday. They gave me the run around for 4 days then I spoke to the owner that said I spoke to the salesman so many times since Nov2022 and he would allow me to return the jeep but I would not get back my trade or the value and would lose my $10, 000 deposit. Seems illegal but the owner justified it because of the amount of contacts I had with his salesman. I lost over $20,000 but I wanted nothing more to do with this dealership after their treatment and phone tag I had with them and leading me on. I was told had I made a scene in person, I would have received my trade back and my deposit. I’m just not that kind of person but now I wish I had. I’m a disabled veteran who could not afford to lose that much money. I know it’s my own fault but be warned that you need to be certain of your car choice because there is no 3 day return policy unless you make a scene in person.

Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Our sales person, Glenn, guided us through the whole process. Really worked with us on price. Also had time to answer any of our questions. Took time to explain all options available to us.

Andrew and Steve were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, organized and efficient. They were great to work with, easy going, and made the process an enjoyable one. I traded in a used vehicle for a new lease and they were very generous. While they are a 2 hour drive from me, they are my go-to dealer from now on. For me, there is no second.

I bought a truck at this dealership last year and went back to buy a new Jeep for my wife. Although it takes a long time to do all the paperwork and such the experience was OK. Our salesman Roberto was very knowledgeable, and also very considerate of our needs. I would recommend this dealership along with Roberto to my friends..
