Nice facility, good selection of vehicles to choose from,

Nice facility, good selection of vehicles to choose from, friendly staff and salespersons. Staff treated my 2 grandkids like they were family, giving them chips and sodas. Making their wait on us pleasant!

Staff more concerned with customer satisfaction than

Staff more concerned with customer satisfaction than sales numbers. Service department convinced me that this is the best Chevrolet dealership in the Tulsa area.

Going to Competitor

I purchased my car in 2019. The Mgr put gap insurance on contract. I paid on the car for Three yrs. I refinanced thru someone else and Carla Sutter has the odasty to call ally and have My Money sent to there account. Now mind you this was canceled on 10/5. Here it is Nov 6th and I still don't have my xxxx money. I have called left msgs and no one will call me back. I just want my darn check and I won't be stepping foot in this dealership ever again. You have just lost 3 more Customers!

Very unprofessional service department

My car was there 4 different times I last year. Replaced shift to park 2 times. Then new tranny in December 22. Now less than 10 months later the same problem is happening again talked to service department. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business as the owners commercial goes!. They avoided my calls Matt is the service Dept guy I have dealt with. Got xx from another person there. Highly incompetent service Dept. I will never go back. We have bought 2 vehicle there. And even recommend 2 coworkers and both got screwed over. Anyway ,let don't do business!

Whole experience was a bit of a train wreck. At this point, I just want my $7,000 down payment back in return for the vehicle they already have back.

people would rather go to dentist than dealership

I read somewhere that people would rather go to the dentist than a car dealership; this dealership is leading the charge in forming that opinion. Make sure you do your research before going here, they will try and take advantage of you. In my experience they misrepresented an offer in communication to get me into the dealership for both the vehicle and trade-in. Once there got the typical sales run around

ask for gage and find the car you love.

i am an older lady looking for a car my son could use for his vacation. we had been to mark allen twice before and werent treated very well, but yesterday we decided to give it another try and we are glad we did. gage was the nicest guy we could have had. he listened to everything we said and we walked away with the car we wanted. we were financed in nothing flat. we wanted the windows tinted and gage got that done at a price we could afford. he even got us another car to drive while the windows were done. i would recommend anyone thinking about getting another car to drive to mark allen and be sure to ask for gage. he will listen and find you the car you need and want. he is so congenial you will be glad you did. i will ask for him the next time i want another car and will recommend him to everyone i know.
