First the service department was very helpful and had great comunication with me. My car was hit by lightning so not much they could do but they explained everything thoroughly and we're very pleasant. When I went to pick up dead car Casey asked if I was looking for a car I quickly told him I had very small budget but he was not worried and immediately showed me lots of options in my budget. Ended up with a better car for same amount of money I had spent on my now dead car. Everyone on the sales floor worked well together to get me in a awesome car. Thank you.

After I purchased my car I could not believe what I'd just experienced , I kept waiting for the ball to drop. It never did From the time I spoke with Josh on the phone until the next day driving away in my Malibu , I can truthful say I had a great time buying my Malibu at Mark Allen Chevrolet. Casey was friendly and courteous. He showed us the cars that we wanted to see. Chasey has only been in sales for little over month. I think he will do very well, because he wasn't pushy about getting you to buy right now like some salesman. He wanted to find the right car for you be it or used. If I wanted to think about it a few days it was ok. He wanted you to be happy with your choice, not his for commission as salesmen seem to do.
