We settled on a price tax and they gave me the total. However, they loaded an extra $220. on it. If I would have used my calculator I would have caught this.. They could work on better transparency.

David we are sorry that you feel that way, however we clearly indicated the doc fee of $220 in our quotes and post it in our disclaimers and in all of our ads, websites etc. Not sure how much more we could have done to show you the numbers.

Logan came out and met me on the lot right away. I told him about what I was looking for and he showed me two great options. Ended up going with a 2011 Cadillac CTS. I will be doing all of my future business with them. Tadd the manager made my approval process quick and simple.
