I am very happy with my car and I was happy with my sales
I am very happy with my car and I was happy with my sales person Kristen Riza. Kristen knew the unique features of my/new used car and was able to share them with me. She was also pretty good in communicating my wants and putting together the car deal. This is my second purchase from this dealership and I would also recommend Kristen to help me with my third.

Dealership is nice facility.
Dealership is nice facility. Staff are nice. The reason the the two star is because I came a couple days prior and came back. the guy I spoke with said, oh I’m with a guest, just about 15 minutes. I waited about an hour. But he was with gues so I try not to complain. But then I gave them my offer for the vehicle. I told the guy the first day AND the return visit that I don’t want the back and forth stuff. I just bought my wife a car. Spent 4 hours (most of it because the back and forth). so then I gave my offer. 27k truck and I offered $25k. Not that much lower. But then 2 times the sales guy came back. So I said never mind I don’t want the back and forth so I’ll just leave. Then the “manager” came and said well now it’s my turn. Can’t I get u any higher. I said no. He made some excuse to talk to the higher manager. I said aren’t u a manager? U need someone else approval. He said yes. Ok no biggy. But then he came back and forth twice. I said forget it. I gathered all my things and walked out the door. Soon as I step out the door and came running back and agreed to my price. But I was so unhappy with the wait time of back and forth and the fact I said I didn’t want that. So I said never mind. Nice people but they just don’t listen to you and make you wait.

I visit the Ford dealership in Hawaii, for Oil Change, since I purchase the Life Time oil change, as long I have the car. Unfortunately, the issue with engine light on was never resolved since I bought the car in Sept 2017, they will fix it from 2018 through 2021, which still under warranty. To date 2025 in February , here comes the "engine light on " showing on the screen . According the Ford Service Dept, it will be additional charge to fix it . I reported this issue with NHTSA.

This is our 2nd F150 purchase from this dealership. We intentionally drove to Honolulu Ford because we like their style. No Pressure-no easy gong staff. We know that the sale is the bottom line. We traded our old F150 for the NEW 2024 we have now. Our salesman OMAR HALUM immediately took care of our wants-needs and found us a NEW truck for the price we wanted to pay. If you are looking for a car and you happen to be shopping at Honolulu Ford, ask for OMAR. He'll hook yo up! .

The service department charges everything ala carte. I had purchased 4-tires to replaced my F150-raptor tires through them. It took them almost 4-weeks to bring in the tires. I ended up paying another $693.26 to install, replaced, aligned, tire disposable fee, labor, and also charges me provisions and materials. I never realized in the past that this is there normal ways of charging customers. Well, I will definitely go somewhere else, like Costo to purchase and replace my tires for my additional vehicles. It is much more affordable. The gentleman who has helped me was great, it's not his fault that Ford Service department are nickeling and dime their customers. I will make sure that all my friends and families are aware of expensive service charges each time they do any type of service. Better not owning any Ford in the future.
