Suspension and brakes makes noises and it was not making those noises before I bought it , but two days later after I bought it and it stayed making those noises and then I got a service from them and nothing has changed so ya… They were super nice people! just wish it got fixed

We had a great experience getting my husband set up with this car! Mingo was awesome definitely gave us a great experience from the moment we walked up to the front door he greeted us outside and showed us a great deal and even helped educate us on some military benefits! I highly recommend anyone looking for good conversation and planning speak with him.

Before i get tje Bronco from tje dealer i notice a lot of dents. I told them im not gonna get the car until they will fix it. And, give me back my key. Butbthey don't wan them ti bring back my key they promise that tbey will fix tje dents by Sunday tje 9th Beacause i got the cae friday but untill now still waiting fir tje car.

Always try to get an appointment at the time and date requested. Shanisha has always provided accurate estimates on the finished time for the repair and notified me the progress.

We recently purchased a used 2017 Toyota Tundra from Honolulu Ford and unfortunately had a very DISAPPOINTING experience. We paid above Kelley Blue Book value believing we were purchasing a vehicle that had been properly inspected and honestly represented by the dealership. After bringing the truck home, we discovered significant roof damage that had never been disclosed during the sales process. The damage includes multiple dents, scrapes, and deformation across the roof panel. Once we noticed the damage, we contacted the dealership immediately. Rather than working with us toward a reasonable resolution, we were told the vehicle was sold “as is,” and they claimed the damage was not present at delivery. We absolutely did not cause this damage after leaving the lot. Based on the extent and visibility of the damage, it appears the condition existed prior to delivery. We requested proof of the truck’s condition at the time of sale, including photos or inspection documentation, but none has been provided to us. The most disappointing part has been the dealership’s refusal to take accountability or even attempt a compromise solution. Buying a used vehicle already requires trust, and this experience has seriously damaged our confidence in this dealership. Our recommendation: shop at ANOTHER dealership. At minimum, thoroughly inspect every inch of any used vehicle — including the roof and hard-to-see areas — before signing paperwork or driving off the lot.
