Great buying experience, unlike any other!
I have been looking for a late model, low mileage, and affordable Cadillac SRX. After many online searches, I found a car on Duncan Family Automotive's Website...a beautiful 1 owner with a clean Carfax, 2012 SRX. The dealer, however, was 150 miles from my home. When I spoke to salesman Wendall, I expressed a need to work out a "deal" before traveling that distance. Together with Sales manager Mark and Wendall we were able to make a deal trading my car for the Cadillac. Because of the distance from my home, they offered to deliver the SRX and pick up my trade at a central location of my choice, free of charge. This was the first time I had ever purchased a car online sight unseen. I was a little apprehensive at first but found it to be the most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. I thank Wendall, Mark, and Mike, who delivered the car, for their positive and friendly 'can-do' attitude. My wife and I love the car. Thank you, Duncan Family Automotive.
Out of state 2011 Cadillac CT’S. Repair
Had Car towed to dealership at 4:45pm on Friday. Talked to service manager said they would try to get to it Monday. Was called Saturday around 11am. Cadillac was ready. Came to pick up car. Service rep came out and explained what they found and what to look for if happens again. Your service department was outstanding and professional. Thanks again
